    Well, good morning audience.Youre with me again, Chef Widdhy,on Chefs Widdhy Secret Recipeprogram. Today, I am going toreveal one of my secret recipes onsoup. Ive chosen the Cauliflower

    Soup for todays program. Hereswhat we have to prepare and to do.

    First of all is the ingredient. You have to take a medium headcauliflower, and then break it intoflorets. Next, you take two carrotsand slice it. After that, take one-thirdcup of butter or 80 ml of butter, fivetablespoons or 75 ml of flour, ten ozcan or 284 ml can of consomm,four cups or 1 L of liquid (vegetablecooking liquid plus water), onemedium green pepper, which isdiced, one and a half teaspoon or 7ml of salt, one teaspoon or 5 ml ofsugar, and two eggs yolk that islightly beaten.

    Secondly, you have to do thesesteps to cook. At the beginning, youcook cauliflower and carrotsseparately in boiling salted water just

    at high speed on the mixer, scrappingthe sides of the bowl often, until themixture stands in stiff peaks (15 to30 minutes).

    Melt butter and cool to lukewarm.

    Sprinkle 2 tbsp (30 ml) of the flourover the egg mixture. Fold it gentlybut quickly with a rubber scrapper.Repeat until all flour is added.Sprinkle butter, 1 tsp (15 ml) at atime, over batter. Fold gently butquickly after each addition.
