Procedure for requesting your UNEDasiss Accreditation
(For non-EU Educational Systems)
*In order to be able to request the UNEDasiss Accreditation you have to first obtain the validation of
your studies (Homologation)
* Find here the official document you have to fill out. This is the translation of the document into
English, please note that the translation has been done by ESADE and it is only a guide for you. It is
not the document you have to fill out.
*The recognition process takes approximately 4 months. Consequently, to register for programmes in
Spain, you must present the Conditional Registration Voucher while awaiting official recognition.
*With the Conditional
Registration Voucher you can
start the UNEDasiss
validation process, explained
below.

First of all, you will have to register
You can choose
whether your ID is
Spanish or not.
If you have a Spanish ID, you
must click ‘I Authorize’ and
then ‘Continue’

You will be required to confirm your account through an email that will be sent to the address you
provided.
Once you confirm your e-mail address and change your password you will see the following menu:

You should select ‘+New
Application’

If you will graduate (or have already graduated) from one of these educational systems you will need
to request the following service in order to be able to enroll for an ESADE Undergraduate Programme:

‘Individual
Processing’
By choosing the Continent and the
Educational system, the ‘type of studies’
will be selected automatically
*Please note that even when the website is in
English the list of Educational system/countries
will be in Spanish.

Translation of the required documentation list:
1. Copy of your Spanish DNI, ID card or Passport (send the same one you used to register to this application)
2. Hard copy of your Grade 11 transcript (1º de bachillerato grades)
3. Hard copy of your Grade 12 transcript (2º de bachillerato grades)
4. It is mandatory to submit at least one of the following documents:
a. Hard copy of the homologation document (recognition of your studies by the Spanish
Government)
b. Receipt certifying that you have requested the recognition of your studies by the Spanish
Government (Homologation)
