ACT 1 - THE JOB

INT. OFFICE - DAY

Establishing shot of main intern JAKE.

CAMERA PANS AROUNDROOM. CLEARLY SHOWS

A LONG TABLE FULL OFINTERNS, VISIBLY

NERVOUS.

CAMEARA GOES INTO ACLOSE UP OF TAPPING

FINGERS, BEADEDFOREHEADS.

Male character walks in with clipboard looking very seriousand official. Stops and surveys the room.

MEDIUM SHOT OFINTERNS SAT BOLTUPRIGHT, DRIPPING

WITH SWEAT.

Male character pulls cord and banner drops down withballoons and streamers!

(Banner reads: "Congratulations, you've been chosen!")

Interns excited. Cheers, high fives. We see JAKE beginningto converse with KAREN, signs of early friendship which willbe necessary for later story.

Interns are handed badges and ushered through the doubledoors into the factory.

ACT 2 - THE DISAPPEARANCE

INT. WAREHOUSE - DAY

SHORT MONTAGE OFINTERNS WORKING ONPRODUCTION LINES,FRIENDSHIPS HINTED

AT.

MEDIUM SHOT TO PANWITH WORKERSMOVEMENTS.

Worker in biohazard suit and large trolley reaching door,

entering and disappearing through.

Some workers are shown picking up teddies and placing themon racks

CAMERA GOES INTO A

CLOSE UP OF HANDREACHING OUT FOR

TEDDY

CAMERA PANS WITHCLOSE UP OF HANDUNTIL HAND DROPS

Other workers are shown picking toys from shelves andplacing them in boxes.

JAKE must be seen to be looking at mystery door through out.

Shot of three interns, JAKE talking to other character and acandy cane is seen entering screen from stage right andhooking around the interns neck and being yanked off screen.

JAKE turns around to find MIKEY missing

CAMERA GOES TO AMEDIUM SHOT

(Scene flipped) Shot of three interns, JAKE talking to othercharacter and a candy cane is seen entering screen fromstage left and hooking around the interns neck and being

yanked off screen.

JAKE turns around to find KAREN missing.

More interns arrive. Older interns are shown watching thenewbie Interns arrive. JAKE is shown studying the doorintently as worker in biohazard suit with a large trolley isreaching door, entering and disappearing through.

Work continues.

JAKE makes a break for the door as more interns are shownaround the factory

ACT 3 - THE REVEAL

INT. WAREHOUSE - AFTERNOON

JAKE bursts through door.

*gasps*

CLOSE UP OF JAKEWITH WIDE EYES.

CAMERA IS NOW BEHINDJAKE.

CAMERA PANS FROMLEFT TO RIGHT OF

ROOM.

Large floor to ceiling tanks are shown with some of themissing interns floating in them.

Large pipes are running from them to huge steel vatslabelled "sugar", "spice" and "everything nice".

The right side of the room is shown with other missinginterns strapped into chairs. Large helium balloons areabove them with bauble shaped gas masks with tinsel pipefeeding the helium into them. They are strapped to theinterns heads.

JAKE is shown pale and shaken. He turns to sprint out ofdoor.

JAKE RUNS TOWARDSTHE DOOR.

CUT TO: MEDIUM SHOTOF DOOR BEING BURST

OPEN FROM THEOUTSIDE

CUT TO: POV OF JAKE.CAMERA PANS 180DEGREES TO SHOW

SANTA'S HAND

GRABBING JAKE'SSHOULDER.

(Santa looks at JAKE with a sadistic expression.)

SANTA"Son, where did you think the elvescame from?"

SHOT OF PALE FACEDJAKE

FADE TO BLACK

ACT 4 - DARK EXTRA

INT. CLONING ROOM - NIGHT

Audio: slow sleigh bells heard like heart beat.

Lights slowly rise.

CAMERA CUTS TOMEDIUM SHOT OF JAKESHOWN STRAPPED TO

THE CHAIR.

CUT TO: EXTREMECLOSE UP OF JAKE.

(EYES AND TOP OF GASMASK SHOWN ONLY)

Heavy breathing heard over bells.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OFJAKE'S FACE (WHOLE

OF FACE TO BE SHOWN)

CUT TO: BLACK SCREEN

CUT TO: SHAPES OFEYES OPENING OUT OFBLACK SCREEN. SHAPESOF EYES SHOW BLURRYVISIONS OF FACTORY

CLONING ROOM.STAGGERED BLINKING.THEN EYES CLOSE FOR

FINAL TIME.

FADES TO BLACK.

Sound of heart monitor.

Heart monitor begins flat lining sound.

Fade in.

CLOSE UP OF JAKE.(EYES AND TOP OF GAS

MASK SHOWN ONLY)

Eyes closed

CUT TO: EXTREMECLOSE UP OF JAKE'S

EYES.

Eyes pop open and shows blood shot eyes in green and red.

CUT TO BLACK
