1. In the Library

There are 456 picture books in the library. 109 get lost or damaged and have to be removed from the catalogue. Ms. Colleen orders 278 more picture books for next year. How many picture books will there be in the school library at the start of next school year?

2. Seats for assembly

For the Lower Primary assembly, the maintenance team put out 4 rows of 15 chairs for parents. They also put another 28 chairs around the hall for staff. How many chairs did they put out altogether?

P5A decide to have a party. They want everyone to have 2 slices of Pizza, 1 cup of juice, half an apple and kinder surprise. 1 pizza is cut into 8 slices. I carton of juice gives 6 cups.
