NISSAN is selling sub standard products in India. We have bought Evalia in November from SKY NISSAN New Delhi after taking a delivery we drove approx. 5 kms from dealer car broke down they took 3 days to diagnose and rectify it and delivered with assurance that it will not happen. After two days car broke down in Jaipur and they couldn't diagnose the problem in 4 days later have been informed that there was problem in fuel line and Royal Nissan Jaipur informed the manufacturing flaw to NISSAN INDIA. Later service engineer along with works manager of SKY NISSAN visited our office and offered additional warranty of 24 months and candidly acknowledged that the company is doing R&D on this particular model and there is a major flaw in its fuel line which bents and stop fuel supply to engine. We have been demanding replacement of defective vehicle which is grounded with ROYAL NISSAN - JAIPUR but there is only auto generated message from NISSAN INDIA their sales and customer support is worst. The matter is with Delhi high Court and awaiting verdict. Please don't go for NISSAN product as their customer service is worst. VIN of the Vehicle: MDHTBAM20C9000772. DEALER - SKY NISSAN.
