Ziaush Shams is the lead consultant and has been in the corporate world in Bangladesh for the last 25 years, he has been with Unilever as Group Product Manager , New Zealand Dairy as head of Marketing & as Business Manager (Medical & Package chemical) in BOC Bangladesh. Mr. Shams is a Business Graduate from IBA –Dhaka, Bangladesh and currently engaged in Business consultancy with different Organization. His management strengths lies in strategic planning, organizing and implementation. He has attended many Global and regional training on Brand management and Business management. Asif Mahmood is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT – India and is an expert in ICT sector in Bangladesh. He is an entrepreneur and is the Chairman of ADN Telecom & Techvalley Networks BD Ltd (TVNL). He also sits in Eastern Bank board as an alternative director. He is a Member of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce. Mr .Mahmood has specialization in the fields of Telecommunications, Satellite Communications, LAN & WAN solutions, Software Applications & Support, online news services, shipping etc.

Shaheed Siddique is a HR consultant and served as the Head of HR in Shell Exploration, Lafarge Cement and Qubee (Wimax Internet service operator). Apart from the above he has also served Cairn Energy and Unilever in different capacities and was engaged in the civil and labour law practice for some years. Mr. Siddique has completed Masters of Laws from Dhaka University and Diploma in Personnel Management from BIM.

Mr. Siddique is an experienced HR generalist with particular experience of working for start-up businesses. He has knowledge on designing and delivering total HR solution and strength in Labour Relations. AKM Shaiful Azam is a Business consultant and has worked at BAT, KODAK, Pacific Bangladesh (City Cell) as head of sales and marketing department. Apart from the above he has also served Nokia Siemens as country Manager and FIEL (Burnaby, BC, Canada). Mr. Azam has a track record to increase sales and market share especially in TELCO (Wireless) and FMCG companies. Mr. Azam is business graduate from IBD- Dhaka University and has attended courses in- Brand development (Surrey, UK), Marketing Strategy (Hamburg, Germany), Trade marketing Edge (Dhaka, Bangladesh). Abu Saeed Khan is Senior Policy Fellow of LIRNEasia since 2004. Working primarily on research on how to reduce the cost of wholesale Internet bandwidth (IP Transit) across Asia. In this light any discussions were led on the construction of an open

access terrestrial optical fiber network alongside the Asian Highway, which is being fostered by ESCAP. On behalf of LIRNEasia he has authored“Problems and Challenges in Transit Connectivity Routes and International Gateways in Asia” for ESCAP in 2014. He has served as a Strategy Analyst in the Southeast Asia office of Ericsson at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Former Secretary General of Association of Mobile Telecom Operators of Bangladesh (AMTOB). He has been a Consultant to Huawei Technologies (Bangladesh) Limited and ADN Telecom. Abu also conducted a study in 2014 for the Uzbekistan Communications Infrastructure Program under the "ICT assistance program for the underutilized Optical Fiber Wire networks in Uzbekistan." Funded by the World Bank, primary objective of this study is to use surplus telecommunications capacity of Uzbekenergo (Public power generation and Distribution Company) and Uzbek Railways through open access to improve the overall availability and reliability of both national and international telecoms connectivity. Farhad Mohsin is one of the founding member/consultant and has been in the corporate world for the last 15 years, he has been with Tetra Pak , New Zealand Dairy/Fonterra and DicoTech Qatar as VP - International Business.
