The Pro Corda Baroque course offers an immersion in 18th century chamber music on modern and period instruments. The course includes instrumental classes, chamber music and masterclasses with specialist baroque musicians and the opportunity for modern players to try baroque instruments/bows if they wish, and for advanced pianists to experiment with figured bass accompaniment and obbligato harpsichord. » Study with a team of leading international teachers: Rachel Brown, Professor of Historical Flutes, Royal College of Music, Principal Flute, Academy of Ancient Music. Adrian Butterfield, Professor of Baroque Violin at the Royal College of Music, Leader, London Handel Orchestra. Sarah MacMahon, Callino Quartet, Principal Cello, Academy of Ancient Music. Laurence Cummings, Director London Handel Festival, Internationale Händel-Festspiele Göttingen.
