In our continued pursuit of excellence, Pro AV Solutions has developed a highly refined National Quality Assurance Program. Our quality assurance inspection and test plan process, called QA-ITP is used nationally to test, inspect and commission all our projects to the same high standards.

The electronically gathered QA-ITPs forms are captured and published as a report once the

project is completed, or at various stages of the projects’ life cycle, and available to our customers.

Whilst the Pro AV Solutions QA-ITP plans have been ratified by our national teams to deliver our own best practice, they were inspired by the ANSI/INFOCOMM International Standards Body, ratified in conjunction with industry experts, and are arguably the best Professional AV testing and commissioning process in Australia.
