Promotion applies to new vehicles first registered in the name of the qualifying Jaguar Land Rover Limited Employee Privilege customer from 1st April 2016, subject to status and availability while stocks last. In the case of vehicles funded by a Personal Contract Hire agreement, vehicles must be registered to Jaguar Land Rover Contract Hire care of Lex Autolease and the primary user/the lessor of the vehicle must be a qualifying Jaguar Land Rover Employee Privilege customer from 1st April 2016, subject to status and availability while stocks last. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and may be amended or withdrawn at any time and without prior notice. Promotion is available to Employee Privilege Scheme members and their eligible relatives only. Promotion entitles each qualifying Employee Privilege Scheme member up to 20% discount on one new Jaguar and one new Land Rover product each calendar year, per family group. Details of Employees annual entitlement and family eligibility are available in the full Terms & Conditions on the Voucher Request Form. The vehicle must be for the primary use of the purchaser and all insurance documents must be in the primary user’s name. The vehicle must be owned or obtained through a Personal Contract Hire agreement by that person for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of first registration. By applying for a Privilege voucher on behalf of themselves or a family member, the Employee warrants that should the rules of the scheme not be adhered to, they (the Employee) are liable to repay the full Employee Privilege discount and will be excluded from participating in any Employee Privilege Programme or similar arrangement in the future. No order should be placed nor any deposit accepted by the Retailer from the Customer without a voucher confirmation letter. Orders placed prior to a voucher being requested by the Employee will not qualify for Privilege support from Jaguar Land Rover. Any breach of the points listed above could result in disciplinary action. Discounts are based on the manufacturer’s recommended retail price excluding VAT, delivery and on the road charges. Parts, servicing, accessories and any other goods or services supplied by agreement between the Customer and the Retailer are not eligible for Employee Privilege terms. On the road prices include VAT, number plates, 12 months Vehicle Excise Duty and a statutory first registration fee. Land Rover Defender, Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Range Rover Evoque Convertible and all Limited Edition models are excluded from the Programme.
