PAYMENT CONDITIONS

This proposal is valid for: 30 daysConditions: All the values presented in this document can be reviewed and adapted according to more precise indications from the Client or if there are any changes in the characteristics of the project and/or its quantities, giving the right to FDS Beauty to review the business proposal.The review of financial conditions may also occur:a) Whenever there are structural changes that reflecting a new direction of the project;b) When there are changes in the established deadlines caused by client delays in giving FDS Beauty all the materials and/or approvals required for work development;c) Whenever changes are requested during the execution project, after steps already approved;d) If the project is applicated to parts other than those specified in this context.

Times of execution: The deadlines for implementing the project will be agreed between the Client and FDS Beauty. Any agreed deadlines assume that all materials required for the normal completion of the project will bee delivered by the Client in time.

Deadlines for project changes: Any changes in design/development of the project must be presented by the Client in writing, in 2 (two) weeks, after being presented through e-mail. Unless agreed between the parties, structural revisions of the project may only be made within each project planning phase. Any requests for changes to development phases, prior to the one in progress, should be evaluated and budgeted.

Cancellation or suspension of the project: If at any time during the development of the project, the Client intends to cancel or suspend the execution of the work, will be charged a proportional value to the work already developed by FDS Beauty. Warranty of compatibility with antique browsers: In Web projects, any proposal submitted will always guarantee the compatibility of the website and / or application with the latest versions released from the most common browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, IE10). By default, FDS Beauty does not guarantee compatibility with outdated versions of the browsers mentioned, however, fallback solutions may be developed to improve user experience in such situations. The client shall always expressly request a new commercial proposal for each particular case.

Copyright | intellectual property: FDS Beauty assumes no responsibility for any copyright infringement caused by materials sent by the Client, who must warrant that it owns the ownership or rights of use over all texts, graphics, photographic elements, trademarks or other artwork supplied to the FDS Beauty for inclusion in the project. Regarding this situation, the Client undertakes to exempt, protect and defend FDS Beauty and its subcontractors from any action or proceeding resulting from the use of such elements provided by the Client.

Intellectual property: All the graphics not covered by Creative Com-mons licenses, are owned by FDS Beauty until all accounts are settled. After payment of all amounts involved, the intellectual property of these elements reverts to the Client.

Validity of the proposal: This document is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of its submission. Any request for extension of the validity period will have to be confirmed in writing by FDS Beauty, and may result in some changes in the terms of this document.
