Frequently Asked QuestionsIf we are interested in having our wedding ceremony &reception at THE BROADBERRY, how many guests canthe venue comfortable accommodate?Ceremony Fee: $500We can seat up to 100 guests for a ceremony held onstage. Chairs would be collected immediately following theceremony and redistributed to the tables for dinner. Ourpatio can handle overflow of guests during that time. Areception allows more guests as the stage/dance floor willbe cleared.

What is the rental fee for a wedding or private events? Starts at Friday: $2000, Saturday: $2500, Sunday:$1500. Our rental rates vary based on the day of the week,the number of guests, security, production needs, time forsetup and breakdown, and your commitment to a food andbeverage minimum.

Do you have any other rental spaces?The Camel is our sister venue which offers additional eventspace less than a mile from The Broadberry OR rent out justthe patio (85 guests)

How many hours are included in the rental fee?The rental rate constitutes the amount of hours allotted foruse of the venue. It can cover up to 24 hours, usually 10a.m. to 10 a.m, but is typically 5 hours, not to exceed 8(additional time hourly fee). This includes setup, breakdownand removal of all event items, including but not limited tofurniture rentals, floral installations and post-event cleaningby The Broadberry staff.

What is included in the in-house audio and visualsystem?Fully integrated sound system compatible with iPods,DJs or live band setups, two wireless microphones withstands, high definition projector with optional projectorscreen, an in-house audio technician is required for alllive music productions (additional fees will apply)

How do i book a date?25 percent of the rental fee is due as a deposit at thetime of booking. The remaining balance is paid inincrements, also agreed upon at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?More than 90 days prior to your event – full refund ofrental fee deposit, between 30 and 90 days prior toyour event – you forfeit your deposit and any paymentsyou made, within 30 days of your event – you forfeityour deposit, any payments you made and you must paythe remainder of the balance within one week of yourevent – an additional fee of $450 will be charged

Do I need to hire an event planner or coordinator?The Broadberry provides an experienced eventcoordinator to assist you in planning and executing yourevent. The Operations Manager will be on-site duringyour event to answer any event-related questions,provide general assistance and oversee the buildingand staff. The event coordinator can be available on-site for a flat rate of $250 for up to five hours and $75for each additional hour.*Event Coordinator required if ceremony is being held invenue
