Due to COVID-19, NAMI Minnesota is currently offering most Support Group meetings online.
On-Line Support Groups offer a safe, respectful environment for people to attend support group meetings via Zoom. You will need to register for each meeting you attend. As soon as you register, you will receive the link needed to attend the group. Please copy and save this link. Depending on your email service provider, you may also receive an email confirming your registration (please check your spam folder). On the day your support group meets, when you click the link and join the Zoom meeting, you will be placed in a waiting room. A facilitator will admit you to the group shortly.
Please note, support groups are designed specifically for those individuals suggested by the group’s title. For example, Family Support Group is only for family members, and NAMI Connection is only for those adults (18+) who live with a mental illness themselves. Due to privacy and confidentiality, groups are not open to observers.
