Jagdish Chandra Mardaraj, Founder & Chairman, Pritam Kumari Consultants Pvt. Ltd, is born in a royal family as son to Raja Rajendra Chandra Mardaraj of former RajNilgiri Princely State. Presently, he is the Raja of former Dompada Zamidari, Odisha. He is the brain and guiding force behind Pritam Kumari Consultants. He has served in a wide variety of leadership responsibilities such as VP Corporate Affairs, Reliance Group; GM Corporate Affairs, Reliance Industries Ltd; Head Corporate Communication and Administration, RSB Metaltech Pvt. Ltd; Senior Consultant, Next Management Services Pvt Ltd, Manager (Liaison), Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys Group, Manager (Operation, Administration & Sales), Prachi Group of Hotels.

Also, he has been Founder & President of Roatract Club, Bhubaneswar (Odisha); Founder Member & Chairman, Public Relation Society Of India, Bhubaneswar (Odisha); Vice President Eastern Region, PRS1 Member; Programme advisory commit-tee, Doordarshan; Telecom Advisory Committee (Odisha Circle); ZRUCC, South Eastern Railways; Member, Bhubaneswar Club Ltd; President, Nilgiri Environmental Society; Member, Tourism Institute Bhubaneswar; Secretary, UN Organization, Orissa Chapter. inspiration at Pritam Kumari Consultants. She mentors the leaders at PKCPL and create & examine the importance of passion, quality, growth and taking risks. She has started working in very early age of life. She worked as Secretary to Military Advisor, Tanzania High Commission; Secretary, Ballarpur Industries Ltd, Air Hostess, Indian Airlines Ltd; Owner & Proprietor, Business Center; Director at Pro-Pr Associates. She is an active member of Rotary Club; presently, Member of INTACH, Bhubneshwar Club, Bhubneshwar Music Circle; and Executive Chairman & CSR Advisor at I-Inspire Foundation.

She has studied in J D Tytler, New Delhi; graduated in BA Literature from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi and post graduated in MA Literature from Punjab University.

Pritam Kumari Consultants. He is having an inborn passion to help people with smile on face. He comes from a strong Administration and Management background. He is a personal Growth Educator, and provides Positive Life Coaching as Motivational Guru at Institutions, organizations and corporate. He is a Social Entrepreneur and Leader of Next Generation. He is mentoring many national NGOs and Corporates to work for social responsibility. He has empowered thousands of youth under the mission of former president of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam “Make Your Mother Smile” and have been awarded with his signed book ‘Target Three Billion’ in January 2012 for YOUTH LEADERSHIP. He has received KINDNESS HERO NATIONAL AWARD by YUVA Unstoppable in

Feb’2013, and, also been recognized for SOCIAL CHANGE AWARD at 2nd CMSB National Awards 2014.

He started working in very early age of life and gained vast experience in Human Resource, Telecom & Information Technology, International Business, Organizational Development & Start-ups, Social Entrepreneurship, Training, Event Management, Media and Freelancer NGO & Corporate Consulting.
