Una nuova versione compatta della classica SPT consente l’esecuzione di carico automatico da tavola elevatrice senza occupare più area a terra. Una sezionatrice con tavola elevatrice di carico che occupa lo stesso spazio di una sezionatrice per carico frontale (modello SP).

L’operatore riceverà in automa-tico il pacco dalla pila caricabile sia direttamente da fork lift sia tramite rulliera con rulli folli o motorizzati.

A new compact version of the conventional SPT allows the automatic loading from lift table without requiring any additional footprint. A panel saw with in-feed lift table into the same layout as a front loading panel saw (model SP).

The operator automatically receives the stack from the pile to be loaded both directly from fork lift and through in-feed roller conveyor with idle or powered rollers.

G-DRIVEQ directly controls all the machine movements. The machine layout and cutting pat-terns are displayed to scale on the screen. La pila di pannelli è posta su di una struttura portante e un caricatore a vacuum con movimento “a compasso” posiziona uno o più pannelli sul piano macchina.

Non l’adozione della forca di supporto, il pannello/pacco può essere formato in “tempo mascherato” mentre lo spintore termina il ciclo operativo precedente.

The pile of boards is positioned on a support frame; a vacuum loader featuring a “compass-like movement” positions one or more boards on the machine table.

No support fork has been adopted, the board/stack can be built in a “hidden time” while the pusher is ending the previous operating cycle.

Sistema di immagazzinaggio automatico.Due soluzioni d’immagazzinag-gio pile di pannelli: 1, sistema verticale e 2, sistema orizzontale. Entrambi i sistemi, con integrata la sezionatrice Giben nella confi-gurazione più adatta, permettono di prelevare pannelli secondo un ordine precostituito anche con etichettatura prima della sezio-natura.
