When data such as ALI is common for a TN range and a TN range was not specified on the LSR, create a separate instance for each TN. This will align to how the LSC and jeopardies are returned. The CR should be incorporated into the previous SAR CR Gloria Velez submitted.

Describe the Change



The purpose of this initiative is to prohibit the use of the SUP field if the current date is the same date as the confirmed due date or if the current date is after the confirmed due date on the confirmation (LR).

The SUP field will no longer be valid if a confirmation has not been received on a previous version of the LSR. Loop with LNP and LNP are excluded from this change.



A LSR is sent in on the due date of the pending order. Automation processes the LSR and updates the order with the new changes from the LSR; however the field work was completed prior to the order updates and signed off. This creates an out of sync condition without any notification of the condition.

When submitting a LSR, the use of the ELT and LACT fields to “Retain Listing As Is” will be prohibited if the existing account being converted, changed or moved has a “No List” listing status. The DL form will be required with the LSR package.



A reqtyp EB, ACT V, ELT A LSR is sent in requesting to convert the account. The existing account being converted has a listing status of No List. Currently the ELT = A would convert the listing as is keeping the No List status, however resale accounts are not allowed to have a No List status per the tariff.


All converted accounts will have the correct Listing Status.
