Our digital printingmachines are ideally suited to run lengths up to 300 copies in colour, or 4,000in black & white, where getting the job delivered quickly is paramount, or for incorporating variable data.

Origination

Printing

The first stage is to have a digitalreproduction made of your original.Depending on the format of your artthis can be done by scanning orphotographing. We supply you witha high resolution file, and a lowerresolution jpeg suitable for use onthe web.

Origination per image - £5

Once you have your image on disk, we can print it in a variety of ways depending on your needs. The term Giclee is often used, but simply refers to early versions of large format inkjet printers. These are ideal for short run, large reproductionsand can be produced on poster paper, photographic, paper, vinyl & canvas.

Prices start at £25 / Sq Metre

For commercial art reproduction we are able to offer the highest quality short run lithographic prints.

Prices start from £250 for 50 A2 sized prints

We can also produce small format prints, ideal for cards etc.

We can print your image or message ontoour 11oz white mugs using a process known as sublimation printing. This produces vividlight fast images suitable for dishwasher.

We can arrange your image with your messageonto a transfer that produces colour you cannot‘feel’. They are ideal to mark occassion’s or togive as gifts.

We can accept artwork created in most forms, delivered on most types of media. However, artwork that is not supplied in press-ready format and requires manipulation may attract artwork costs.. We will ALWAYS inform you of these costs before doing any work. Where artwork is not supplied in press-ready format, we insist on supplying a proof. This will normally be in the form of a PDF file, delivered by E-Mail. We will not print a job until you have approved this. Unless previously agreed, payment will be required on collection of your job. We will always meet your deadline date. If on presentation of a job, we are not able to meet your deadline, we will tell you. Where colour critical work is involved, we insist on supplying a colour proof that will need to be signed off by you for content and colour before we commence work.

Terms & Conditions

We can accept artwork created in most common software packages. We prefer to workfrom Press-Ready PDF files. If you are not familiar with PDF files, or need anymore information,please go to our website www.dekgraphics.co.uk, click on ‘help & advice’ and download ourguide to producing PDF files.

We can receive files electronically, via e-mail (subject to a 10mb per attachment limit), or forlarger files you can use our ftp site; ftp://ftp.dekgraphics.co.uk. You will need to obtain a username and password before you are able to access the site. There are several FREE ftp protocoltransfer sites such as yousendit.com

For large-format output, we ask that you create your artwork at 50% of actual size, ensuringany picture files used are a minimum of 300dpi, and use the CMYK colour space.
