I am honored to guide you through the journey of your lifetime.

My wish for you is to feel good in a short time. Ease into this with the first 3 steps. Once you

master these, move forward adding in 1 more. For some, doing all 7 steps at once will work. I

believe mastering one or two at a time for most, is the way to go. You won’t feel overwhelmed,

you won’t feel frazzled, you’ll feel relaxed.

In this report you will see how you can simply and slowly ease into to these 7 daily life

changing practices.

1. B1. Breathe Deeply with heart, belly and soul.

2. Drink 8 oz. of water with fresh squeezed lemon

3. Drink 16 oz. of green juice per day

4. Drink 8, 8 oz. glasses of water per day

5. Drink a green smoothie per day

6. Think positively and smile more each day

7. Count antioxidants not calories

TThis is all really about being compassionate to YOU, giving YOUR Self a gift, the gift of an

easy way to wellness and happiness, practices that will remain with you always when you

schedule them daily into your life. Thank YOUR self for doing this, be grateful. So let’s begin.
