Project DescriptionThis brochure was created to market the new McDougal Littell Biology program. The book logo and the caiman on the cover provide program branding. Content from a chapter opener was placed on the first spread to lead with the book content, while the 4-page spread showcases McDougal Littell’s key differentiators. Because only three products were highlighted in this piece, a complete list of the program components was placed on the back cover.

Specs8-panels; gate fold; 8.5” x 11” trim with fold; 4 color process with spot PMS and UV coating (spot gloss plus dull varnish)

my responsibilitiesResearched products and collaborated with copywriter to design and create various concepts to present to Product Marketing. Once concept was chosen, refined design and choose final images and fonts. Work with vendor to prepare files for pre-press (add spot and varnish channels to PSD files and add spot and varnish layers to INDD files). Sign off on vendor proofs and attend press check.
