M/s is a proprietorship concern owned and maintained by experience team of employees under Mr. Ritesh Chandra Gupta Baba Computers

(Founder). M/s Baba Computers started its opera�on in 2004 in Ranchi at G.E.L., Church Complex, Main Road, Ranchi-834001, Jharkhand and

opened its branch in Kolkata in 2010.

M/s Baba Computers deals in IT hardware & so�ware solu�ons and all types of IT products sales and services, web designing, so�ware

development, tes�ng, maintenance of Integrated Public Grievances Management System and its implementa�on through a call centre

using - Internet, email, SMS, WhatsApp & WAP Enabled Mobile phones. One interes�ng fact is that Baba Computers is the first company to

open its branch in metro city Kolkata, a�er its opera�on started in network city Ranchi.

The company have been instrumental in impor�ng IT solu�ons (hardware & so�ware) from China for the people of Jharkhand. Suppor�ng

Digital India mission, company's mo�ve is to serve & update with all latest technologies & IT solu�ons to be known to the people of Jharkhand &

Extending its services, apart from hardware & so�ware solu�ons ,from past some years Baba Computers is also working in the field of

developing the Website, So�wares and Mobile apps. We are also providing the Out Bound Dialing (OBD) services in the various departments of

Government of Jharkhand. We have done the OBD for the Hon'ble Chief Minister, for the Hon'ble Minister of Urban Development, Housing &

Transport Department & for the Hon'ble Minister of Food, Public Distribu�on & Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Jharkhand. Also

we are giving the IT Consultancy services on monthly rental basis. One of our so�ware that we have developed named PGMS (Public Grievances

Management System) is very effec�ve in addressing public grievances with speed and accountability. Currently we are providing our services to
