Principal of the Day. With the assistance of social media, we will choose 2 schools in the tri-state area. So many children look up to the players and with obesity still affecting our youth, I think this would be a great opportunity for the players to touch them and inspire them to dance, move and have fun staying fit via your clients products.

Pow-TV has partnered with the NFL College Fund to help raise funds to promote an

overall healthy lifestyle in our youth. Obesity continues to affect children ages 5-17

years old. 70% of obese youth had at least one risk for cardiovascular disease.

Children and adolescents who are obese are likely to be obese as adults and are

therefore more at risk for adult health problems such as heart disease, type 2

diabetes, stroke, several types of cancer, and osteoarthritis. Healthy lifestyle

habits, including healthy eating and physical activity, can lower the risk of

becoming obese and developing related diseases. Schools play a particularly

critical role by establishing a safe and supportive environment with policies and

practices that support healthy behaviors. Schools also provide opportunities for

students to learn about and practice healthy eating and physical activity behaviors.

All Schools in the tri-state area will be notified January 10th

via social media pages (IG, FB & Twitter- Just Move 2014).

The students will have to Tweet and Hash tag

#JUSTMOVE2014 along with how they stay and fit and why.

After the winner is announced, the players will surprise them,

as they become the Principal for the Day. The players will

teach the students exercise tips along with ways to eat

healthy. An assembly will be held and the donations acquired

presented to the school.
