PRINCE2® Practitioner training takes your understanding of the

PRINCE2® framework to the next level, so that you can apply and

tailor PRINCE2® to address the needs and problems of a given project

scenario. Your ability to do this will be examined by use of official Axelos

case studies. Your exam will be taken on Day 2.

Course Objectives

By the end of the PRINCE2® Practitioner course, you will be confident in

applying and tailoring PRINCE2® methodology.You will:

• Understand the relationships between the roles, management

products, principles, themes, techniques and processes.

• Be able to apply the principles, themes and processes to a case study

project (official Axelos approved case study is used).

• Be prepared to sit your PRINCE2® Practitioner Exam on the second

day of training.

has recently achieved the PRINCE2®

Foundation certification based on the

“Managing Successful Projects with

PRINCE2” - 2017 Edition, and would like

to progress to Practitioner level.

If you have not already achieved PRINCE2®

Foundation level, we recommend our

PRINCE2® Foundation & Practitioner Course.

This course enables you to achieve both

Foundation and Practitioner certifications

over 5 days.

• You must be recently PRINCE2® Foundation Certified, based on the manual “Managing

Successful Projects with PRINCE2®” - 2017 Edition.

• In the event that your PRINCE2 Foundation Certification pre-dates the 2017 version of

“Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2®”, you will need to attend our full, 5-day course.

You will not have to re-sit the Foundation Exam.

• This is a classroom-based course led by PRINCE2® qualified, experienced project management

trainers. Delivery style is intensive exam preparation.

• You will be joining a programme where the delegates have been fully immersed in the

methodology for 3 days of PRINCE2® Foundation training prior to your start date.

• It is vitally important that you re-familiarise yourself with the PRINCE2® Foundation material.

• You will need to set aside time in the evenings during the course to study and prepare for your

exams.

This credential will remain valid for 3 years. After this time, you must either

re-sit the Practitioner exam, or maintain your credential through Axelos

membership.
