Sunday, August 10th Begin new classes

We are planning a Day trip to Gibbs Garden, Ball Ground, GA. Our tentative date is Wednesday, August 20th. Admission will be $18 / Person, Tram $5(ride all day), we can get lunch in the Arbor Café. Flowers in bloom will be Daylily’s, Crape Myrtle, Water lily's, Hydrangea’s, Roses, and a variety of annuals and perennials. Please see Joyce Duran or call church office if you would like to attend this day trip.

Hand Up Food Ministry serves the community and those in need of physical food and spiritual food. Each meeting is lead with songs, a devotion and a time of prayer and praise.

Bread Run Pick-up: We need 2-3 individuals to help with bread pick-up for Hands Up Food Ministry. It would be for once a month on Thursday mornings. Pick up bread at Publix in Flow-ery Branch and deliver it to the church.

Change For Life Baby Bottle Campaign

Spare Change to Spare Lives….. Baby Bottles for Choices pregnancy center:

ZHBC Started with 75 bottles 42 returned with $$$$$ 31 returned empty Total $$ collected: $751.06

Our Mission for Agency D-3 is complete And was a huge success!

The statistics for our mission are as follows: Total enrollment: 185 Average attendance: 150 Total offering: $1,200 (this will send 6 children to Camp Hope!) The boys in the Middle School class won the offering competition so Agent April and Agent Kate were water bombed! The greatest statistic from our mission was we had one salvation! We would like to thank everyone who helped make this a very successful VBS!! You all are awesome and we look forward to serving with you again next year!! Love , Kim and Karan

In April 2013 Georgia WMU entered a Hearts Called to Pray prayer partnership with Israel. If you have turned on the news at all in the past two weeks you are aware of the urgency of the situation in Israel and the surrounding areas. Our Georgia WMU Prayer Coordi-nator, Mary Laughman, has written specific prayer points to pray for Israel and her neighbors. Please join with other women across our state in a concert of prayer at 9:00am each morning this week to lift up these needs. Please feel free to make copies of these prayer points to distribute to others who will pray. Find the Prayer Points for Israel at oneinprayer.net
