Message of the Head mistress

It gives me immense pleasure in bringing out yet another edition of The Newsletter under

CMP.

The Newsletter provides a platform to showcase the various activities conducted

in the Vidyalaya throughout the academic year and also the achievements of the TINY TOTS

and BLOOMING FLOWERS of the Primary section. It also gives a medium for the children

to show their creativity in the form of art and poems. The articles published in it acts as a

motivational factor for other children.

OUR ACIEVEMENTS ACIEVEMENT IN CLUSTER LEVEL SPORTS MEET HELD AT K.V AFS MAKARPURA BARODA

1. Master Dhruv and Ritik Parida of class III B bagged the first prize in three-legged race.

2. Ku. Mahi Dave and Ku. Hasti Parmar of class V B secured third position in 100 meter running race.

3. Master Divyansh Srivastava and Master Prince of Class IV came third in 100 x2 shuttle race.

ACIEVEMENT IN CLUSTER LEVEL CULTURAL MEET HELD AT K.V ONGC BARODA 1. The Hindi skit presented by the Vidyalaya received First Position.

2. Ku. Shravani Gawande of class IV B secured first position in Hindi poem recitation.

3. Master. Bhavya Joshi of class V B and Ku. Palakshi Saraswat of class IV B bagged second and third position

respectively in Hindi story telling competition.

4. Master Aditya Shandilya and Master Rishit Jha of class V secured second position in Maths Quiz.

OTHER ACIEVEMENTS 1. Shri Govind Makwana, PRT (Music) got first position in instrumental music in KVS Regional level Music teacher

competition 2019-20 & he is appreciated by Hon’ble Deputy Commissioner, KVS RO Ahmedabad for his Excellent in

National level “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat 2019-20”

2. Master Shail Kachhdiya of class IV A was selected for the second round of mathematics Olympiad.

3.Master Mahip Shah of class I B got selected in mini modelling by Showoffclicks Mumbai.

SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENTS 1. Master Jal Patel OF Class IIIB passed the Black Belt Shodan Exam, conducted by Karate Association of India

with Excellence and received a Trophy and Certificate.

2. Kumari Mahi Patel of Class VB Participated in Best Icon of the year Dance Show and bagged third position.

3. Kumari Rutvi Thakor participated in National level event held at Kolkotta as a guide under The Western

Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides Vadodara District Association. She also participated in the Jamboree held

at Bilaspur.

4. Master Sarvesh Joshi of Class IIB participated in U- 07 Boys 4TH Edition of Shri K.K Vithani Memorial ALL Gujarat

Invitational Football Tournament held at BFA Sports Complex, Gotri Vadodara from 6th to 9th Feb 2020 and

bagged Runners Up position.

5. Master Parth Solanki of Class III A participated in 5th Inter Dojo-Karate Championship 2020 and secured III

position.

6. Master Heram of Class III A participated in U-07 Inter State Football match conducted by Baroda Football

Academy and bagged Runners Up position.

7. Master Piyush Sharma performed in An Open Gujarat Dance Competition, ‘Haalo Dance Kariye! 2020.

Activities at a Glance

1. The academic year started with the Prevshotsav for class I students. 2. School readiness programme was carried out for six weeks to make the Class I students aware of

their school environment and make them familiar about the school and the teachers.

3. Funday activities were carried out on Saturdays where children learnt various skills along with fun. Story telling sessions, role play, skit on swachchhata, clay modelling, salad making, cooking without fire, games etc. were carried out.

4. All the important days like Children’s day, Gandhi Jayanti, Plogging, run, National Yoga day, Annual Day, Sports Day, Independence Day, Republic Day were celebreated in which his primary

children took part with great zeal and enthusiasm.

5. Children took part in cluster level CMP Cultural and sports meet and brought laurels for the Vidyalaya.

6. A workshop was held for the preparation of TLM. All the teachers actively took part in it and made TLM.

7. A grand farewell was given to Smt. Pushpa Bhama on her Superannuation. 8. Smt. Saroj Bala attended 10days Induction Course for Newly Promoted Headmasters at K.V.

Sabarmati during winter break.

9. Community lunch was held once in each term. The Children learnt to share things. 10. The children were taken to Dipika garden as a part of excursion.
