Opening the Primary Graduation Certifi-cate Template reveals text on a white background 1. Type the appropriate names and the date into the lavender-colored boxes 2 (the boxes don’t print out) and print your certificate on pre-printed certificate stock available at of-fice supply stores. You can also choose a colored background 3 by un-checking

the eyeball icon 4 next to “TEXT, white background” in the Layers panel and clicking the checkbox at the bottom,

“TEXT plus colored background.” The template also comes with several bor-ders in a variety of styles 5. Click the checkbox next to the name of a border to display and print that border. Paper stock: try cream-colored paper

in a heavier weight than ordinary copy paper. For best results avoid brightly-colored papers and dark-colored papers. Troubleshooting: The template needs the free Adobe Reader app to display and print correctly. Even though Mac computers use PDF format for screen display you still need to open the tem-plate in Adobe Reader for best results.
