Once we receive your forms, we’ll call to schedule your Personalized Prescriptive Health Assessment (PPHA). You must arrange this visit within six months of enrollment and agree to follow the recommended health plan.

Please bring your identification, insurance card and patient registration form to your first appointment.

In-Depth Health EvaluationRenown Medical Group - UNR Internal Medicine emphasizes the importance of preventive healthcare and focuses on a collaboration between you and your doctor.

As a new patient, you’ll receive a comprehensive, 80-minute health evaluation with a resident doctor. This Personalized Prescriptive Health Assessment (PPHA) will provide you with a detailed roadmap to help improve your health over the next 10 years. Your custom healthcare plan will be reviewed and approved by an experienced faculty internal medicine doctor.

Time with Your DoctorOur practice is designed to give you additional time to discuss your symptoms and ask questions. Patients experiencing acute illness or chronic disease can expect to spend 40-minutes face-to-face with a resident doctor.

Same-Day AppointmentsIf you’re experiencing sudden symptoms, simply call our office by noon, and we’ll fit you into our schedule the same day.

After Hours AccessIllnesses don’t always happen during office hours. Our answering service will connect you directly to a resident doctor, supported by a faculty internist.
