General Information The following terms and conditions will apply to all goods and services provided by Wyoming Analytical Laboratories, Inc. (WAL): 1. Payment in full is due upon receipt of invoice, or as specified in prearranged, written terms. For

service requests totaling less than $50.00, payment is expected at time of sample receipt. If such payment is not received, a billing fee will be added to the service request, bringing the final invoice amount to $50.00.

2. Prices are subject to change without notice. Additional unforeseen charges for preparation, sample handling, shipping, etc., may apply. Prices quoted to the customer will remain in effect for 90 days unless otherwise stated in writing by WAL at the time of quotation.

3. Samples may be submitted to any of our locations Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, excluding

common holidays. After-hours or weekend delivery may be arranged at a premium. Standard turn-around-time (TAT) is 10 working days; faster TATs can usually be honored at a premium. If a short TAT is required, contact the laboratory to verify that the current workload will allow for rush samples. If the lab can honor your request, premiums will be applied as follows:

established line of credit, WAL reserves the right to terminate the customer’s credit and refuse to perform additional services on credit.

5. The analyses, opinions or interpretation of results by WAL, in response to customer request, reflect

WAL’s best judgment. WAL adheres to accepted industry standards and practices when performing laboratory analyses and endeavors to report complete and accurate results. WAL does not guarantee results, and its sole liability is limited to the value of the analysis.

6. WAL will hold in confidence all information it receives from the customer and the results of all

analyses and other services provided to the customer. Results may be supplied to a third party only with written customer authorization.

Biomass – typically fertilizer, manure, mulch, straw, animal litter, ground litter, wood, paper or other biologically derived fuels

Btu – British thermal units

Cations – calcium, iron, magnesium, sodium, and potassium are common cations.

CoC – Chain of Custody
