Lean-to's cannot be connected to existing structures, except on continuous vertical roofs. Call for pricing on structures over 12 ft tall.
Structures over 12’ tall or 30' wide are considered custom and will require drawings - See pg. 21. A $100 connection fee will be added to the price of the lean-to.
T-N-T is NOT responsible for any leaks.

BUILDINg OvER ExISTINg STRUCTURES AND NON-STANDARD
fRAmE-OUTSFrame-outs for Walk-In Doors and Windows are $75 each (this fee does not include the installation of customer supplied materials, TNT will not install customer supplied doors,
windows, etc). Frame-outs for Roll-Up Doors are $125 each for 3 ft to 12 ft wide openings and $350 each for 13 ft to 20 ft openings. These prices include the framing only and not the trim. Multiple side openings may, or openings over 14' will require special drawings.
FOUNDATION MEDIUMST-N-T Carports, Inc. will not be held liable for any damages that may occur to existing structures or foundations. Customer must provide additional anchoring materials for wood decks or foundations.

Q. Certified Structure: How wide beforeyou have to put a certified unit oncement or footers?A. 24' to 30' will have 36" MobileHomeAnchors; 31' and up will have to be oncement or footers.
Q. Can we match a competitor's price?A. You are able to give up to 10% discountto match a competitor's price on an identicalstructure with a written quote $1500 &over only, no exception*.
Q. Is there freight charge on clear spanstructure?
A. There is no freight charge for NC,SC,VA. There will be a charge for all otherT-N-T States — Call for Pricing.
Q. What constitutes a custom building?A. There are many types of custombuildings, although all buildings over 12' talland/or 30' wide are considered custom,which requires an A-frame, vertical roof andmust be certified with special drawings. Forclarification on all other types of custombuildings, call the office for assistance.
Q. Does the Customer have to provide alift?A. Yes, the customer will have to providea lift for any building over 12' tall or 26' orwider. The customer will be responsiblefor any additional charges this maygenerate. Please check with CustomerService for the recommendedlift and fees.
Q. Are the Roof and the Frame the samelength?A. No, the roof on a Regular Style Roof isone foot longer, and the roof on an A-FrameHorizontal Roof is one foot longer. The roofon an A-Frame Vertical Roof could be thesame as the frame or one foot longer, butthis MUST be specified on the Order Form.
Q. Can T-N-T Carports insulate mybuilding?A. Yes, we provide insulation of a foil barrierat $1.50/sq ft. However, this insulation isavailable ONLY on vertical roofs, verticalsides and vertical ends. Call for Price.
Q. When is the seasonal cut off date forthe New England area?A. While Mother Nature and the Winterweather are the biggest determining factors,generally construction and installation of ourunits are hardest during October throughApril of the following year. Therefore, anyorder placed after September 31st cannotbe guaranteed to be installed by the endof that same year. Construction willcontinue as long as weather permits. You arefree to continue placing orders butcustomer's should be made aware that theshop will be closed at some point andinstallations will not resume until it opens thefollowing Spring.
