Get a preview of properties that are scheduled to come to our site for auction or traditional sale in the future. We’re not exactly sure when these properties will be available, but this is an exciting way to let you watch a property and prepare in advance to make a bid or offer.

Because these properties are not ready for sale yet, minimal information about them is available. However, when they’re actively listed on Hubzu, you’ll see all additional information, including, pricing, property features and more pictures.

When you see our coming attractions, you’ll have the option to watch a property of interest. Simply click the Watch button on the property details page and our system will notify you when it becomes available. Please note, a preview may be unavailable while we work to list a property. However, if you’ve added that property to your watch list, it will remain on your watch list.
