The main consumer of energy is a power grid. All other consumers already connected to them. Focus on the grid!

Conventional hydro-power - cheap energy, well-shunting. Pumped hydro - excess energy accumulator, moderate shunting, build without rivers is

possible. Fossil burning - high shunting. Natural sources (renewables) - sometimes cheap energy (wind turbines), no fossil burning. Pressure buffering hydropower - cheap energy (comparable to conventional hydropower!),

high shunting (comparable to conventional hydropower!), excess energy accumulator (comparable to conventional hydropower and pumped hydro), can be built without rivers (ocean coast, sea coast).

Shunting - the power plant ability to change power output enough "quickly" according to power grid request. “Quickly" can be from 100 kW at half an hour up to 100 MW at 2-3 days.

There are the same issue with all fuel burning free renewable methods, - main target is a cheaper electricity without attention to its stability and manageability. When a power storage costs adds – this energy becomes expensive.

The most attractive source of energy is an ocean wave – it carries about 1 kW per square meter of ocean surface.

All main parts of proposed power plant type are already on the market as a good or may be made as an option – for conventional hydropower plants or mini- and micro-hydropower. It is already built with river-grade stainless steel priced at $4000/tn and we need sea-grade for $6000/tn.

While keep in mind the Bernoulli Law, viaducts design looks unusual, but it is made of mass-produced plastic plumbing pipes

Additional effect: water storage reservoir can be built at the distance if necessary, on a hill i.e., so the power losses are minimal and the viaduct size can be considered into the plant design (size of the pressure buffering vessel).

Specially designed and equipped pressure buffering vessel joined to the pressured water collection mechanisms (with clear known loss of power) and installed under the reservoir, always has a pressure given by the height difference between it and the water storage reservoir, no matter how much water pumps supply, and how much energy is taken out by generators

Pressured water may also be selected out for other purposes - e.g. for desalination. Without conversion to electricity and back!

Ecology - The permissible level

In the Kyoto Protocol terms, our power plant type, together with the consumers has an absolute zero emissions, and in the place of plant installation - a negative value. We cool ocean, but will never see it, - cooling is about 0.001F.

The California Energy Commission and the California Ocean Protection Council have made a 2008’ report which resulted the analysis of ocean industrial use risks. The main conclusion: it is necessary to study and manage the industrial influence. Regulators does know and understand the future of ocean industrial application.

Under threat from the plant with the ocean water capturing - organisms whose dimensions are comparable with spectacular holes. For our perspective pumping mechanisms with a buoy diameter 3-4 ft. and a compression ratio of 1:3 there is the diameter of the hole about 3-5 inches, - i.e., small fish and plankton are treated.

Ecology – Invisible treats.

The USA coastline length is about twelve thousand miles We are planning to take 33 ft. of coast for every 50KW We plan to build (by the hands of our partners) up to 20MW per

year in the optimistic forecast, it is 2.5 miles per year To take a 0.1% of coastline by such installations, we must to work

for five years According to the realistic plans we have 10MW per year – it is ten

years for gaining 0.1% of coastline It is a so feeble ocean influence for gain any notable influence

rating.

Who is our forward partners?

Nine companies, each of which has its own name, the history of the market range, financial and engineering capabilities.

Now they are limited by the river-oriented existing hydropower market in 6MW. We will offer them to build an additional 10 MW per year. Our design power plant are not very different with what they are repairing and building now, but the new market is expanding.

The proposed hydropower plant design provides: competitive price of construction - $3,500/KW, excluding the

water storage reservoir compact size – 30 ft. of the coast for 50KW seismic resistance because of very small pool type water storage easy water storage capacity and autonomous run upgrade (water

storage reservoir expanding without operation interrupt)

Two patent bypassing ways: Rejection of the reservoir - will turn plant to ordinary wave driven

power station with the known disadvantages of unpredictable output, - reduction of the power purchase price by electricity grids.

Rejection of the pressure buffering vessel, one pipe to injection, the second one to generators, - lead to the fight against hydraulic impact and as a result requires the same buffer vessel right there. Without a pressure pumping duct connection turns more money in construction than the our license cost.

Patent bypassing is difficultand have a zero profit

Applied two-step patenting scheme with main right to the author, followed by the exclusive license transfer to the corporation makes unscrupulous competitors far-fetched lawsuits to corporation absolutely objectless. Corporation termination will automatically bring the technology back to the market, but better known.

Thus, the corporation is protected from the most frequent method of unfair competition from larger companies, who saw a potential threat in our technology.

By the other hand, the author is protected against external influences by the fact that the license conditions can not be withdrawn by the author, no matter what happens to him - it is useless to blackmail or corrupt him.
