Greet the members at the door. Acknowledge everyone. If there is any trouble, be sure to address it.
Many board officers complain, “I was not given any work to do” Assign tasks and make sure that all tasks assigned are completed.
They may help you with any situation. They have the experience!

ROCK PAPER SCISSOR CHEER Individuals will go around playing rockpaper scissors with each other. Theindividual that wins will continue on tothe next person. The loser will cheer onthe person who defeated them frombehind. This continues until there is anultimate showdown.
SONG CIRCLE Everyone is in a circle. A volunteer or agroup of volunteers jump into the middleof the circle and sing a popular song.Those in the circle sing a long. Once thesong starts to go awry because thevolunteer/s forget/s the words, morevolunteers will jump in the circle to savethem and restart with a fresh song.
Encouragement
Dull to chill to cool to loud, clubmeetings always have a certain moodto them. Do not brush theatmosphere aside, because it isimportant to keeping your members.Jazz them up from time to time. Makea meeting chillaxing and the nextweek, exciting!
Ambiance
•DO NOT YUCK SOMEONE’S YUM•When asked, “Who is going?”, say, “Everyone is going.”•Encourage your members one double zero percent.
