• Directors & Officers Insurance Coverage• Currently CJSA has D&O and includes CJSA clubs

are willing to provide a master policy covering all clubs due to a historically poor loss history for this class of business.”

• “...a number of state associations no longer provide coverage for the member clubs due to claims activity.”

• “At some point it may be necessary to advise your member organizations that they may need to plan on purchasing their own individual D&O Policy. (Range $650-$1,000)

Concussion Protocol

Concussion Protocol If the referee suspects a head injury:

1) Call coach/HCP onto field

2) Player must leave

3) If coach attempts to sub this player back in, ask the coach if the player has been evaluated by an HCP.

If the answer is yes, referee must record name and phone number of the HCP.

If the answer is NO, or the name and phone number of the HCP is not given, the referee asks the player to leave the field.

If the coach persists in trying to substitute this player back in, the referee may end the match.
