The film is 50 minutes long and includes the stories of 8 inspirational women, many of them in STEM. The Empowerment Project has universal themes that are appropriate for adults and teens and all genders. Elizabeth Hamilton, who leads the Xbox Devices System Engineering team at Microsoft's Silicon Valley campus, will be introducing the film and facilitating discussion afterward. The Empowerment Project is a movement with a powerful documentary film at its core. This global campaign celebrates our true role models and challenges the next generation of leaders to ask themselves: WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU KNEW YOU WOULD SUCCEED?
