FADE IN:

TITLE: We have every opportunity and every encouragement before us to form the noblest, purest constitution on the face of the earth. We have it in our power to begin the world over again. A situation, similar to the present, hath not happened since the days of Noah. -- Thomas Paine (1776)

1. WHAT HAPPENED TO AMERICA?

NARRATOR 1Never in Human history have populations suffered the tyranny of despotic governments more than the Twentieth Century. For every time despots take control, their first aim is to disarm their intended victims.

1A. Describe what has happened to people of other nations down through history when their governments disarm them or forbid them the "right to keep and bear arms"? PB, EG, AJ

Since colonial times, Americans have understood this -- that a FREE nation is a function of an ARMED populace.

1B. 16,000 people are killed in gun accidents or in criminal acts every year. Does this justify banning or regulating guns thus leaving a population of 310 million exposed to potential tyranny? SR, (SM), JR

And the Founders reflected these realities in four places in the U.S. Constitution -- the most famous being the Second Amendment. This Amendment states: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a FREE state, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

1C. What is the relationship between an armed populace and a free nation? EV, RP, JR

Unfortunately, the mainstream media -- influenced by anti-Constitutional interests -- rarely mentions any of this.

Page 3: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

Nor do they ask the obvious question: if the Second Amendment says we're supposed to be a FREE state, how come we're fast approaching a POLICE state?

1D. What is a "police state" and how do we know if America has become one? AJ, WR, (SM), (CF)

How could we have allowed our politicians to establish a Department of Homeland Security when all 50 states already HAVE "departments of homeland security" provided by the U.S. Constitution itself?

1E. Why do we have a Department of Homeland Security when we already have the CIA, the FBI, the army, the navy, the marines and the air force supposedly providing security? JR, SR, DG

As a result of these political indiscretions, the PATRIOT ACT, and other statutes, have opened the door to not only a police state, but a SURVEILLANCE state complete with TSA agents at our airports; warrantless searches in our homes; wire-tapping of our phones; drones in the skies and assaults to Internet free speech through rogue acts like SOPA, PIPA and CISPA.

1F. What damage to the Bill of Rights have the PATRIOT Act and other legislation enacted as part of the so-called "war on terror" done? RP, PB, LP, CB

2. FAILURES OF THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA

NARRATOR 2These civil liberty abuses are so frequently suppressed by the media, concerned citizens can only get full-spectrum news from non-US outlets, such as the BBC, RT TV and Aljazeera.

2A. What are civil liberties? LP, DG

2.

Page 4: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

2B. What is the mainstream media and what groups, interests, people, corporations and/or ideologies dominate it? AJ, PB, EG

For instance, why did MSNBC, CNN and even FOX NEWS hardly report the passage of the NDAA -- a rogue act which permits indefinite detention of American citizens? And why did they fail to report on the Authorization of Force Act which some claim gives the President assassination powers? Why does one have to go to RT TV to be informed that the Department of Homeland security recently purchased 450 million rounds of hollow-point ammunition, ammunition that's illegal in WAR under the Hague Convention of 1899? WHO is this ammunition intended for?

TITLE: "Laws of War: Declaration on the Use of Bullets Which Expand or Flatten Easily in the Human Body; July 29, 1899 The Contracting Parties agree to abstain from the use of bullets which expand or flatten easily in the human body, such as bullets with a hard envelope which does not entirely cover the core, or is pierced with incisions. The present Declaration is only binding for the Contracting Powers in the case of a war between two or more of them.

2C. Is the National Defense Authorization Act Constitutional and if not why not? SR, EV, JR

2D. What is the Authorization of Force Act and is it Constitutional? RP, JR, (SM)

And why does the "land of the free" incarcerate more than any other nation on earth? Why does it also pollute as much as Communist China and manufacture so many weapons the entire world is at risk?

2E. Why does the U.S. incarcerate so many people? AJ, RP, WR

Does the U.S. standing army of 900 military bases in 140 countries help any of this -- or does it just facilitate undeclared wars to generate business for the military-industrial complex Eisenhower warned us about.

3.

Page 5: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

2F. What is a standing army from the perspective of the Constitution and could it be said the U.S. now has one? PB, DG, (CF)

2G. Why does the U.S. maintain 900 military bases in 140 countries? Is this a standing army? RP, (SM), LP

2H. What is the military-industrial complex and does it support a standing army that Eisenhower warned us about? PB, SR

The mainstream media fails to adequately report on all of these issues -- especially the real purposes of the Second Amendment.

3. THE NOBLEST PUREST CONSTITUTION

NARRATOR 3Looking around, some would disagree that Thomas Paine's "noblest, purest constitution" resulted in a nation that had the "power to begin the world over again" -- for America today is looking more like the Old World -- a repressive ORDER that Colonists sought to ESCAPE 520 years ago.

3A. Why was the founding of the United States unique in Western history? What is that "Great Experiment" our intellectual, cultural and political elites are attempting with a Western Christian republic? EG, PB, CB

What went wrong with the American experiment? Why has our Constitution led us astray? Or has it? Before we throw the baby out with the bath water, let's take a closer look at the U.S. Constitution -- in particular the Second Amendment -- and see if WE THE PEOPLE are APPLYING it properly, as the Founding Fathers intended. (beat)

3B. Is the U.S. Constitution the Supreme Law of the Land and if it is, what do we mean by that? EV, SR, LP

The U.S. Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land.

4.

Page 6: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

This mean all other laws, statutes, regulations, codes, executive orders and even Supreme Court precedents are SECONDARY.

The Constitution is comprised of basically two parts: the Articles and the Amendments.

There are 7 Articles and 27 Amendments. Amendments are places where something has been added, changed or deleted in the Articles. The first 10 Amendments are called the Bill of Rights and they were drafted shortly after the 7 Articles were written. Certain Founders wanted to make absolutely sure WE THE PEOPLE retained certain rights the new Federal Government could never take away.

3C. What is the Second Amendment and why is it important? SR, EV, JR, (CF)

3D. Why did the Founders create the Bill of Rights? RP, AJ, CB

4. THE SECOND AMENDMENT & THE GUN CONTROL LOBBY'S LEGAL THEORIES

NARRATOR 4Among these are the "right of the People to keep and bear arms." This right, stated in the Second Amendment, is one of the most famous of our rights.

And since the Second Amendment is part of the U.S. Constitution, it too is the Highest Law in the Land. Thus no law, statute, supreme court ruling or GUN REGULATION takes priority over the Second Amendment.

4A. Why can no statute, treaty, judicial ruling, or administrative regulation override the Second Amendment? (SM), SR, EV

5.

Page 7: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

All of pre-constitutional American history -- from the first colonies in 1650 onward -- confirms that "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms" was everywhere. Not only did citizens have the RIGHT to keep and bear Arms, they had the DUTY to keep and bear Arms.

4B. How old are "the Militia of the several States", and when did they start in the Colonies? PB, DG

4C. Why did the colonists not only have the RIGHT to keep and bear arms but the DUTY as well? EG, EV

It is thus IMPOSSIBLE to read the dozens of Colonial and State Militia Acts of the period without observing that the right AND the duty to "keep and bear arms" were ubiquitous AND inexorably combined.

But certain interests, known as the GUN-CONTROL LOBBY, never acknowledge this. Instead, GUN CONTROLLERS infringe the Second Amendment with all manner of schemes and BOGUS legal theories.

4D. What sort of bogus legal theories have been concocted in order to deprive Americans of the right to keep and bear arms? EV, AJ

Their latest all-purpose theory is that the Second Amendment protects only "sporting arms". This theory exemplifies the adage, "to kill a dog you must first call him mad."

Accordingly, the GUN-CONTROLLERS have dreamed up every nasty NAME they can to replace the simple word "arms," as used in the Second Amendment. Today terms like ASSAULT WEAPONS, GANGSTER WEAPONS, SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIALS and COP-KILLERS flood the mainstream media to TOXIFY the Second Amendment.

4E. How does it serve the Gun Control Lobby to toxify arms by calling them things like "assault weapons," "Saturday night specials" and "cop killers"? LP, EV, (SM), (CF)

6.

Page 8: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

Pundits never mention any of this -- a clue that their GUN CONTROL BUDDIES' real objective is the eventual elimination of the "right keep and bear" leaving WE THE PEOPLE defenseless against whatever usurpation and tyranny will surely follow. Nazi Germany, with its resultant Holocaust, serves as a perfect example.

4F. Why does the mainstream media never mention that guns help a population protect itself from tyrannical governments? WR, RP, LP

Where GUN CONTROLLERS can't demonize arms with nasty names, they work to limit their possession to what they call "gun-free zones." The feel-good modifier -- "gun-free" -- is then attached to all manner of places. Thus we get "gun-free schools", "gun-free airports", "gun-free movie theaters" or simply "gun-free zones". If these zones are generalized enough, they could theoretically be expanded to encompass the entire nation, if not the world. It should be obvious, this is what the GUN CONTROLLERS are trying to do.

4G. What is a "gun-free zone" and is it constitutional? Are people more likely to get killed in "gun-free" zones than other places and if so why? WR, EV, LP, (CF)

One can only hope that even the dullest of Americans will realize that ANY "gun-free zone" is actually a "self-defense PROHIBITION ZONE", thus a place where criminals and psychopaths are able to have their way with unarmed citizens.

5. GUN CONTROL IN COLONIAL TIMES

7.

Page 9: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

NARRATOR 5No public official or GUN-CONTROL LOBBY during Colonial times would have EVER proposed anything as ridiculous as a "gun-free zone" or a ban on "weapons" when the Militia laws REQUIRED individuals to "keep and bear" state-of-the-art weapons of the day.

And in days of great danger the Militia laws even required citizens to bring firearms to public gatherings -- a practice, if followed today, could have prevented many of the deplorable shooting rampages in recent years.

5A. If more citizens were armed, whether concealed-carry or not, would this have prevented some of the deplorable shootings? RP, WR, CB

Indeed, no American needs any special reason, license or permission to possess firearms. The Constitution is every American's reason, license, and permission "to keep and bear arms."

5B. Are most contemporary "gun-control" statutes and regulations constitutional? EV, SR, CB

6. ATTITUDE OF THE JUDICIARY AND RECIPROCAL OBLIGATIONS

NARRATOR 6But judges often take issue with this. They wantonly abridge, infringe or sacrifice fundamental rights on the grounds of some "compelling governmental interest" to act "for the greater good."

But as Justice Hugo Black argued in Konigsberg v. State Bar of California, a government's most "compelling interest" is to protect its citizens in the enjoyment of life, liberty and property. In fact, the only reason a citizen "owes" his allegiance is in exchange for such protection.

8.

Page 10: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

6A. What does the term "compelling governmental interest" mean and why do judges use this? DG, LP, JR

It follows that if a government fails to PROTECT its citizens -- but does something else supposedly "justified" by some "compelling interest" -- that government has shirked its primary responsibility. Therefore, why should citizens owe IT a "reciprocal obligation" of allegiance?

6B. What is the primary role of government? DG, EG, WR

But priorities are now so twisted, if Congress enacted a "law" which required WE THE PEOPLE to surrender our Arms to the "BATFE" for immediate destruction, GUN CONTROL nuts would think to do so demonstrated allegiance. The rational and constitutional-savvy citizen, on the other hand, would see this as an attempt to deny THE PEOPLE their most effective means of self-defense.

6C. What would the constitutional-savvy citizen do if the government demanded citizens turn in their weapons? EV, AJ, SR, CB

Self-defense is the only recourse citizens have from common criminals when the police are not around. More ominously, self-defense is the ONLY recourse citizens have in the event usurpers employ the police powers of the state to tyrannical ends.

6D. Where are the police when most crimes or aggressive acts happen? (SM), DG, JR, (CF)

Given this, any government that intentionally makes self-defense complicated or impossible -- puts an end to the citizen's "reciprocal obligation" of allegiance, for such government is little more than a criminal conspiracy of rogue politicians operating under the guise of Constitutional authority.

9.

Page 11: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

The very existence of any "law" intended to further a criminal conspiracy is thus itself a perfect legal reason for disobeying its commands. Disobedience to such a "law" is therefore NOT a crime.

TITLE: "An unconstitutional act is not a law; it imposes no duties; it is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed". -- Norton v. Shelby County, 118 U.S. 425, 442 (1886). "An unconstitutional act is not a law; it binds no one". -- Huntington v. Worthen, 120 U.S. 97, 101-02 (1887). "An unconstitutional law is void, and is as no law. An offence created by it is not a crime." -- Ex parte Siebold, 100 U.S. 371, 376 (1880)

6E. Why is an unconstitutional "law" no law at all and what has the Supreme Court said about this? EV, RP, SR

7. MOLON LABE OR SLAVERY

NARRATOR 7If America ever reached the point where Congress, or some police-state agency created to do the dirty work, demands WE THE PEOPLE "turn in our arms," the only appropriate response for patriots who will not accept slavery would be "molon labe" -- COME AND GET THEM, as Leonides, the Spartan King, bellowed to the Persian envoy at the battle of Thermopylae in 350 BC.

7A. What is the significance of the term "molon labe" and where and with whom did it originate? LP, PB, EV

To be sure, even up to an inch before that point, patriots should continue to seek relief in the courts, legislatures and voting booths, if only to prove to the world who are the aggressors.

10.

Page 12: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

Unfortunately, given the types of judges who now infest the Bench, it is likely they will lift not a finger to assist WE THE PEOPLE --just as their precursors refused to assist WE THE PEOPLE when Franklin D. Roosevelt seized -- many say stole -- Americans' gold in 1933.

7B. Did Franklin D. Roosevelt's Administration betray the American people when is confiscated their gold in 1933? Was this a moral act? JR, EG, CB

8. GREAT QUESTION FACING THIS GENERATION

NARRATOR 8Thus, the Great Question facing this Generation is whether it's enough to JUST rely on the last part of the Second Amendment, and ignore the first, which states "A well-regulated Militia, being NECESSARY to the security of a free State ..."

8A. Why can't we rely on just the second part of the Second Amendment? EV, SR, LP

8B. Is every single clause in the U.S. Constitution really necessary? Would the Founders have written something into the Constitution that had no meaning, purpose, or effect? EV, EG, RP, SR

The Supreme Court asked this same question in Marbury v. Madison and concluded that "It cannot be presumed, that ANY clause in the constitution is intended to be without effect."

In fact, the Supreme Court asked and answered this question in five additional cases. For example, in Williams v. United States, the High Court found: "In expounding the Constitution of the United States, every word must have its due force and appropriate meaning; for it is evident from the whole instrument, that no word was unnecessarily used, or needlessly added...."

11.

Page 13: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

-- Williams v. United States, 289 U.S. 553, 572-73

-- Myers v. United States, 272 U.S. 52, 151-52

-- Blake v. McClung, 172 U.S. 239, 260-61

-- Hurtado v. California, 110 U.S. 516, 534

8C. On the grounds that "times have changed", can it be argued that the clauses in the Constitution which refer to the Militia are outdated? DG, JR, (CF)

So, if the Founding Fathers acknowledge the necessity of a MILITIA in the Second Amendment AND the Supreme Court ruled that every clause is intended to have effect -- how can we IGNORE the idea that a well-regulated Militia IS necessary?

Maybe we simply don't understand what the Militia is, or why they are NECESSARY. So let's go over this carefully.

9. HISTORY OF THE MILITIA

NARRATOR 9Perhaps the best way to describe the Militia is to begin with an explanation of what it is NOT. The Militia is NOT: the Army, the Navy, the Marines, the Air Force or even the "troops". It's NOT the National Guard, Coast Guard or the Police. It's also NOT some vigilante group, UN Peacekeepers or NATO.

12.

Page 14: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

9A. What are "the Militia of the several States", and how do they differ from all other military, police, and community-protection agencies? EV, SR, DG

9B. Are not the regular Armed Forces and the National Guard fully capable of assuming the duties of the Militia? DG, (SM),

A Militia is a citizen-based, STATE institution of self-defense -- similar in spirit to volunteer firefighters. Philosophically the Militia could be said to have originated 2,000 years ago with Mark 12:31 in the New Testament: "love thy neighbor as thyself". With this comes the idea of self-defense and the obligation to protect loved ones as well as citizens of the community.

9C. How does the concept of "self defense" arise from the statement of "love thy neighbor as thyself" in Mark 12:31 of the New Testament? PB, DG, CB

Moving forward to the British Parliament between 1761 and 1770, Sir William Blackstone, the Founder's legal mentor, argued that the RIGHT to self-defense was meaningless unless the citizen was able to EFFECTUATE that self-defense. Thus, for the first time, it was recognized that "the subjects of England are entitled to have and use arms for self-preservation and defense" -- to quote Blackstone.

TITLE: "... the subjects of England are entitled to have and use arms for self-preservation and defense." -- Sir William Blackstone

9D. How was the idea of self-defense something new in the world circa 1761 Britain and in the American colonies? JR, DG, (CF)

9E. Are some in the Gun Control Lobby attempting to hollow out the Second Amendment by essentially making the act of self defense illegal, you can own a gun but not use it? AN, EV, PB

13.

Page 15: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

9F. Discuss how the individual right to own firearms extends to the right to use firearms in self-defense against rogue state agents and agencies of the government as well as for collective self defense via a militia. AN, EV, PB

10. COLONIES CARRY ON THE MILITIA TRADITION

NARRATOR 10It's thus only natural that the earliest colonies would carry forward these principles.

In fact, just about every one of the 13 colonies had a Militia in one form or another even 150 years BEFORE the Constitution was drafted.

Afterward, the Militia in most states continued on for another 150 until they were phased out by the military-industrial complex that President Eisenhower warned us about. Today, this Complex supports an unconstitutional, global standing army, funded by fiat currency generated through the unconstitutional Federal Reserve System. This is one of the reasons the Fed must be ended.

10A. How long were the Militia active in the American colonies and how did they get phased out (by the military-industrial complex)? DG, EV, JR

Given this history, it is easy to see that the Militia not only pre-dates the states, but pre-dates the UNITED states as well.

10B. In what way do the Militia pre-date the United States and even the States? EV, SR, LP

This is why the Constitution doesn't bother to specifically define the word "Militia" and even uses it in a "matter-of-fact" way: in 1776 everyone KNEW what the Militia were, because almost every free adult male was IN the Militia.

14.

Page 16: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

The term "Militia of the several states" simply means "the Militia of each state" and since every state is supposed to have a Militia to this day, the word Militia is usually used in the plural.

10C. Why is the word "Militia" always used in the plural in the Constitution? (SM), LP, (CF)

But let's take a deeper look at the Militia, and try to discover why the Founders felt it was NECESSARY to the security of a FREE state, and why the GUN CONTROL LOBBY and Globalists have been working so hard to neutralize the Militia.

10D. How did the Biblical principles inform the Constitution in general? CB

11. DEEP PURPOSE OF THE MILITIA

NARRATOR 11Fortunately, many Americans see what's happening because there is now a movement to revitalize the Militia. Unfortunately, some wrongly assume that the purpose of revitalizing the Militia is to fight new battles of Lexington and Concord.

11A. What does the phrase "revitalize the Militia" mean and is the purpose for revitalizing the Militia so we can fight new battles of Lexington and Concord? RP, PB, EV, DG

To the contrary: the Militia is to DETER usurpation and tyranny, thus making any such battles unnecessary.

11B. What exactly does each of the terms -- USURPERS, TYRANTS and ROGUE POLITICIANS -- mean? AJ, EG, RP,

Deterrence is always the best defense, and preparedness makes deterrence credible.

11C. Why does the Militia deter usurpation and tyranny? EV, JR, CB

15.

Page 17: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

Thus, the ultimate purpose for revitalizing "the Militia of the several States" is to reassert THE PEOPLE'S control over the Federal Government by means of control over the STATE governments. Again, you will never hear THAT in the corrupt mainstream media.

11D. Is there supposed to be a balance of power between the State governments and the Federal government, if so, please discuss? WR, SR, CB

12. THE MILITIA CLAUSES AND REAL HOMELAND SECURITY

NARRATOR 12Fortunately, we don't have to rely on the mainstream media OR even the Second Amendment by itself, for the Constitution acknowledges and describes the functions of Militia in three additional clauses:

Article I, Section 8, Clause 15, Article I, Section 8, Clause 16 and Article II, Section 2, Clause 1

TITLE: Article I, Section 8 Clause 15 empowers Congress "To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions..."

12A. Why do Americans not have to rely on only the Second Amendment to guarantee their right to keep and bear arms? EV, SR, LP

Article I, Section 8 Clause 15 states that the Congress may call forth the Militia for 3 purposes: to execute the laws of the union; (beat) to suppress insurrections, (beat) and to repel invasions.

TITLE: Article I, Section 8, Clause 16 empowers Congress "To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress..."

16.

Page 18: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

12B. Where in the Constitution is reference made to the Militia, and for what purposes? EV, DG, (CF)

Contrary to the GUN-CONTROL LOBBY'S mission to disband the Militia, Article I, Section 8, Clause 16 clearly shows that Congress is supposed to NURTURE the Militia. After all, the exact language of "suppressing insurrections" and "repelling invasions" sure sounds like what the Department of Homeland Security claims THEY have a mandate to do. But do they?

TITLE: Article II, Section II, Clause 1 provides that "The President shall be Commander in Chief ... of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States..."

12C. Was 9-11 a false flag operation to give the Federal government an excuse to expand its powers? AJ, PB, EV

Even though FAR more people die from car crashes, heart-attacks, lighting strikes and even PEANUT BUTTER ALLERGIES than "terrorism," the Department of Homeland Security is attempting to usurp power from the states rationalized by the so-called War on Terror. It should be obvious that these usurpers are just using this as an excuse to amass power by promoting FEAR to a mainstream media-propagandized public.

12D. Why is the U.S. Government spending so much money on the War on Terror? What is its actual objective? RP, JR, CB

The U.S.

17.

Page 19: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

Constitution makes clear that the MILITIA are supposed to guarantee security -- NOT some department patched together by usurpers in Washington DC operating on a global domination plan for what they deceptively call, "a new American century." The Militia, comprised of WE THE PEOPLE, are the ultimate guarantors of homeland security whenever it is necessary to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections or repel invasions. And 9-11 was nothing more than an INVASION that New York's Militia should have REPELLED.

12E. Given that Article I, Section 8 Clause 16 says the Militia is supposed to "repel invasions," why do we have a Department of Homeland Security supposedly doing this? Is DHS attempting to usurp the constitutional authority and responsibility of the Militia? RP, WR

Thus, and for purposes like this, the three Militia clauses became part of "the Supreme Law of the Land" even before the Second Amendment was adopted. The Militia are thus INTIMATELY baked into the Constitution and the Second Amendment is just icing on the cake.

13. INSTITUTIONAL RANK AND PERMANENCE OF THE MILITIA

NARRATOR 13In fact, the Militia are so important, they rank amongst seven, and only seven, institutions the Constitution specifically NAMES and treats as PERMANENT. These institutions, in order of importance, are: WE THE PEOPLE, THE MILITIA, THE STATES, THE UNITED STATES, THE CONGRESS, THE PRESIDENT, THE SUPREME COURT.

WE THE PEOPLETHE MILITIATHE STATESTHE UNITED STATESTHE CONGRESSTHE PRESIDENTTHE SUPREME COURT

13A. What are the seven permanent institutions within the Constitution's federal system, and why are the Militia second only to WE THE PEOPLE? EV, (SM), JR

The astute citizen will note that neither the Army, the Navy nor any department can claim a Constitutionally-mandated existence. Nor can they exist at all unless Congress specifically acts. The Militia, on the other hand, exist whether Congress acts or NOT.

13B. Why does the Constitution directly give the Militia the authority to exist and operate whether Congress acts or not, whereas the Navy, Army and all other departments must be created by Congress, and are created ONLY if Congress acts? DG, EV, (CF)

The Militia rank alongside WE THE PEOPLE themselves because the Militia are THE PEOPLE. In fact, THE PEOPLE'S very sovereignty depends on our control of the Power of the Sword through our Militia.

It's important to remember, one of the key principles of the Constitution is the division of power. This is why the Militia are first and foremost STATE institutions -- reporting to their STATE GOVERNORS -- NOT Federal institutions reporting to the U.S. PRESIDENT. The Constitution does NOT recognize a "Militia of the UNITED STATES." The President may ONLY call forth a state Militia for the three Constitutional purposes. AND the Governor is under NO obligation to accede to such a call if he feels the mission is unconstitutional.

19.

Page 21: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

13C. Are the Militia governmental institutions and if they are, when may they be called out and who do they report to? EV, WR, RP, DG

Militia deployment is yet another check and balance the Founders built into our Constitutional System to prevent the Federal Government from usurping power.

14. TYRANTS & USURPERS CAN'T DESTROY THE MILITIA

NARRATOR 14Because the Constitution guarantees the PERMANENT existence of the Militia as integral elements of the balance of power -- the President, the Congress, the Supreme Court nor any STATE can disarm them: for disarmed Militia are no militia at all.

14A. Why can't the President, the Congress or the Supreme Court disarm the Militia? EV, DG, LP

Thus, if Congress, influenced by some GUN CONTROL LOBBY, neglects to provide appropriate ARMING of the Militia -- as stipulated in Article II, Section 8, Clause 16 -- the States MUST arm their Militia anyway and take legal action to thwart ANY unconstitutional legislation passed under the influence of the GUN-CONTROLERS.

14B. How should the Militia consider and address the Gun Control Lobby that seeks their disarmament or destruction? EG, EV, CB

Indeed, if negligent or corrupt congressmen -- by nonfeasance, misfeasance or malfeasance -- render the Militia impotent in any way, the Constitution reserves to the States the authority to train and administer their Militia as they deem necessary and proper.

20.

Page 22: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

TITLE: Article I, Section 8, Clause 16; Amendment X; Amendment XIV, Section 1; and Houston v. Moore, 18 U.S. (5 Wheaton) 1 (1820).

In other words, the States are NOT subject to Congress's approval OR disapproval of any such exercise.

Bluntly: the Founders wrote the U.S. Constitution so WE THE PEOPLE would always have our State Militia to guarantee there will be no repeat of tyranny like that suffered under King George.

14C. What would a repeat of tyranny like that suffered under King George be like and what authority do the Militia have to handle it? AJ, WR, RP

15. TYRANTS & USURPERS BUSY TODAY

NARRATOR 15It is foolish however to think that tyrants and usurpers only existed in 1776. A quick look at the totalitarian state we are drifting toward reveals that such mentalities are quite active today.

15A. Do usurpers, tyrants and rogue politicians exist today or did they just exist during King George's time? AJ, WR, (CF)

And when such tyrants and usurpers enact GUN-CONTROL statutes banning weapons that compromise the Militia's ability to perform their duties, again, any State so affected has the Constitutional authority to counter such rogue statutes by enacting its own legislation REQUIRING its citizens to possess the banned weapons for Militia duty anyway.

15B. Do the States have the authority to counter statutes enacted by the Gun Control Lobby that seeks to disarm the Militia? WR, EV

21.

Page 23: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

Thus, a federal STATUTE from the GUN CONTROLLERS banning rifles, for instance, could not supersede a State Militia Law, because such STATUTE would NOT have been made in pursuance of the Constitution, but in contempt of the Constitution.

Again, the Supreme Court's decision in Norton v. Shelby County reminds us that "an unconstitutional act is not a law; it imposes no duties; it is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed".

TITLE: Norton v. Shelby County, 118 U.S. 425, 442

15C. What does Supreme Court decision Norton v. Shelby County mean when it states that "an unconstitutional act is not a law; it imposes no duties; it is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed"? EV, SR

Even if a GUN CONTROL "law" were valid in the benighted District of Columbia, it would not be valid in the States because maintenance of the Militia is one of the primary attributes of State sovereignty which the Constitution explicitly recognizes. Congress cannot pass any legislation that abridges any attribute of State sovereignty.

15D. How does the Supreme Court decision of Norton v. Shelby County apply to legislation the Gun Control Lobby makes with respect to the Second Amendment? EV, JR, (CF)

Thus, all general "gun-control" legislation emanating from the Federal Government is subject to being disregarded and rendered ineffective by the States on the basis of the Militia Clauses in the Constitution ALONE, with no reference to the Second Amendment even necessary.

16. FOUNDERS INTENDED THERE BE A MILITIA

22.

Page 24: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

NARRATOR 16Bear in mind, in drafting the Constitution, the Founding Fathers made no attempt to disband the Militia, not even to clear ground for some new military establishment under the rubric of "Militia". The Founders understood and respected the Militia -- and this is precisely WHY they CONSTITUTIONALIZED the Militia: so Congress COULD never compromise it.

16A. Why did the Founders make no attempt to disband or replace the Militia when they wrote the Constitution? EV, EG

Thus, when Congress is charged with the responsibility "to provide for organizing ... the Militia" this power should be contrasted with its power "to raise ... Armies" and "provide and maintain a Navy".

16B. What is the difference between the Militia and the Army & Navy? DG, (SM), WR, LP

The Constitution is clear: Congress has the OPTION, but not the OBLIGATION to raise an Army and provide a Navy, whereas the Militia are permanent and MUST be accommodated by Congress as part of the very sovereignty of WE THE PEOPLE. The military-industrial complex is thus unconstitutional to the degree it supports the deterioration of the Militia.

16C. Discuss NATO's "mission creep" and why some feel NATO should be disbanded. PB, RP, LP

16D. Why is the military-industrial complex unconstitutional to the degree it supports the deterioration of the Militia? LP, SR, JR

17. ARMING AND TRAINING THE MILITIA

23.

Page 25: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

NARRATOR 17Of the three requirements for the Militia -- organization, arms, and discipline -- arms are the most important, for even a rabble can eventually organize and develop discipline if at least armed. But unarmed people are almost always helpless, hapless, and hopeless.

17A. Why are unarmed people always helpless, hapless and hopeless? AJ, JR, CB

To ensure the Militia would always be able to arm itself, the Founders did NOT charge CONGRESS with the exclusive responsibility for arming citizens. It should be obvious that, were the provision of arms a GOVERNMENT monopoly, it would be easy for any usurper or tyrant to disarm the population by refusing to provide arms.

In addition, the Framers wanted numerous outlets around the country where citizens could purchase arms so no monopoly, public or private, could develop.

17B. Why did the Founders want citizens to supply themselves with their own arms? EG, (SM)

17C. Why did the Founders want citizens to be able to acquire their arms from numerous private outlets around the county? LP, (SM), (CF)

Per the Constitution, WE THE PEOPLE are supposed to keep our OWN firearms in our OWN possession at ALL times. This access not only makes training more efficient, it allows quicker mobilization in the event of emergencies.

17D. Why did the Founders want citizens to keep their arms at home or in their personal custody at all times? EV, (SM)

Obviously, these strategies provide the only way to guarantee effectiveness of a Militia against usurpation and tyranny.

24.

Page 26: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

If would-be usurpers and tyrants control firearms in government arsenals, a Militia of WE THE PEOPLE would be rendered impotent.

18. SELF-GOVERNING CITIZENS HAVE A DUTY TO TRAIN FOR THEIR OWN SECURITY

NARRATOR 18Thus, in order to get back to true homeland security, WE THE PEOPLE must not only keep and bear ARMS, but confront our Constitutional responsibility to train in their safe and effective use.

And this is quite feasible, for we train at schools, colleges and vocation classes 3, 4 or 5 times a WEEK; attend churches 3 or 4 times a MONTH and even take such things as music lessons 50 times a year.

18A. If citizens train at schools, colleges and vocational classes as well as attend churches, clubs and lessons each year, would it be so onerous for them to have militia training? WR, JR, RP

So why can't we attend Militia training just 3 or 4 times a year? After all, this training could be the most important of all for it provides the very security that makes all the other training even possible.

18B. Given all that Americans do for everything else, would Militia training 3 or 4 times a year be out of line? EV, DG, CB

And consider this advantage of training: in July of 2012 a crazed individual killed 12 people in a "gun-free" movie theater in Colorado. This incident again stirred up the GUN CONTROLLER'S legitimate concern about the mental stability of individuals gaining access to fire-arms.

25.

Page 27: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

18BA. What role do pharmaceutical drugs play in the mass shootings we have seen over the years, shootings such as Columbine, Virginia State, the movie theater in Colorado and Sandy Hook elementary school? JR

Unfortunately, as it stands now, crazed gun-men often fall between the cracks because Society has few opportunities to observe fellow citizens while handling fire-arms. But, if citizens showed up 3 or 4 times a year for Militia training, everyone one would see, and get to know, everyone else. It would only be a short time before men and women in the community spotted individuals who were unstable. In colonial America, when the Militia were organized and "well regulated," shooting rampages almost never happened. Today, we are at the mercy of psychiatrists and police that are rarely on the scene at the right time.

18C. Would citizens who attend Militia training be in a better position to spot mentally unstable individuals than today's society where we have no idea who is bearing arms? LP, (SM), EG

The permanent incorporation of the Militia into the Constitution requires the States to train and maintain their Militia -- whatever Congress may or may not do.

Because, in American historical experience, the whole population of free, able-bodied males comprised the Militia and was always armed with the LATEST firearms suitable for military service, the States are legally obligated to maintain AT LEAST that level of armament today. Specifically, citizens have the duty to be armed with weapons large enough to deal with a standing army going rogue. Gun-control "laws" and so-called "assault-weapon bans" intended to prohibit citizens' possession of state-of-the art arms are thus unconstitutional.

26.

Page 28: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

18D. How big and sophisticated should weapons be for citizens exercising their Second Amendment rights and duties? EV, AJ, (CF)

18E. What do we mean that citizens have the duty to be armed with weapons large enough to deal with a standing army going rogue. EV, WR, EG

Since Congress has the power and duty to provide for calling forth the Militia, it would be next to useless to call forth a Militia for "homeland security" were it not properly organized, fully armed, and well-disciplined.

18F. What does the phrase "a well regulated Militia" mean in the Second Amendment? EV, DG

19. WHO IS THE GUN-CONTROL LOBBY?

NARRATOR 19But again, this is the undisclosed strategy behind the GUN-CONTROLLER'S plans of usurpation: atrophy the Militia so WE THE PEOPLE can't be effective in providing our OWN homeland security necessary for a FREE state.

19A. How is slowly disarming WE THE PEOPLE like slowly boiling a frog? EG, JR, LP

Yes, the GUN CONTROLLERS know exactly what they are doing, and the mainstream media, being part of the GUN-CONTROLLERS arsenal, never allows guests on shows to discuss the real purposes of the Second Amendment. Their long-term mission is to slowly "boil the frog." Slowly disarm WE THE PEOPLE so that, without noticing, we "fall into their hands like ripened fruit" as the cultural Marxist, Antonio Gramsci wrote.

27.

Page 29: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

19B. Who is Antonio Gramsci and how would WE THE PEOPLE fall into the hands of cultural Marxists "like ripened fruit" if the Gun Control Lobby were to succeed? PB, EG, CB

So, what exactly IS the GUN-CONTROL LOBBY? In a word, it's what's known as the GLOBALISTS. A GLOBALIST is anyone, or any entity, that prizes the collective over the individual, and the idea that security must come from some top-down world government. These are your GUN-CONTROLLERS and they vehemently oppose the Second Amendment, especially the Militia. This is why you NEVER, ever, hear the word MILITIA uttered on their corporate or government sponsored networks except in a disparaging way.

19C. How does the mainstream media facilitate the Globalist agenda and the gun control lobby's mission to disarm Americans? EG, JR, AJ, PB

If the Communist leader, Mao Tse Tung, is correct -- that "political power grows out of the barrel of a gun" -- the GUN CONTROLLERS are an elite that is applying Mao's principle to wrest political power from WE THE PEOPLE -- here in the U.S. and the rest of the World. Their goal is to consolidate all arms and weapons under THEIR sole authority by invalidating and destroying the right of THE PEOPLE to consolidate arms and weapons under THEIR authority.

19D. Why is it said that political power grows out of the barrel of a gun? EV, WR, JR, (CF)

19E. What is the mission of the Gun Controllers and the Globalists and how are they aligned? PB, EG, AJ

This small, but powerful, international group is comprised of members of the Counsel on Foreign Relations; the Bilderbergers; pundits in the New York mainstream media; liberal celebrities employed by the Hollywood-based MPAA studio/distributors;

28.

Page 30: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

corporate fascists in multinationals; bankers in the Federal Reserve System; IMF and BIS executives; Neocons who have coopted the GOP;

19F. Discuss the Immigration Act of 1965: who pushed it, why and what have been its effects? PB, EV

19G. Discuss how America's manufacturing base could be restored by placing a "cover charge" tariff on imports, rescinding the minimum wage, etc. PB, (CF)

United Nations supporters; Marxists infiltrating America's cultural institutions; and the U.S. Military-Industrial Complex that serves the UN's global standing army, NATO. All of these people and entities are, to a greater or lesser degree, part of the GUN-CONTROL LOBBY.

19H. What is the mission of the Gun Controllers and the Globalists and how are they aligned? AJ, WR, (SM), CG

19I. Why do some consider NATO a global standing Army for the UN and what other globalist organizations serve the UN? JR, PB, (CF)

19J How has cultural Marxism corrupted the morals of America and what part does erosion of the family unit play? CB, PB

20. MISSION OF THE GUN-CONTROL LOBBY

NARRATOR 20As a group of rogue politicians, usurpers and tyrants the GUN-CONTROLLERS are working to disarm WE THE PEOPLE in order to facilitate their one-world government, often called the NEW WORLD ORDER. This is what a Globalist does, consciously or unconsciously, directly and indirectly, overtly and covertly.

20A. What is the New World Order and does this advocate a one-world government? Is this desirable? PB, EG, AJ

29.

Page 31: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

The skeptic should at least acknowledge this: since the Constitution guarantees a Republican form of limited government and a FREE state, anyone who works AGAINST these principles HAS to be suspect.

20B. What kind of a government does the U.S. Constitution guarantee and where exactly does it state that? EV, SR, CB

Unfortunately, the American court system is one of the suspects. The vast majority of modern judges, drawn from the legal intelligentsia, are compromised by an anti-constitutional ideology where firearms are concerned.

20C. What do we mean by the intelligentsia? EV, DG, (CF)

20D. Why is the American Court System suspect and what do a vast majority of American judges do that's anti-Constitutional? WR, EV, AJ

The idea that citizens are forced to call such judges "Your Honor" is especially despicable when they engineer "judgments" based on "compelling governmental interests," almost always in favor of the GUN CONTROLLERS.

21. MILITIA PARALLELS THE PREAMBLE ITSELF

NARRATOR 21So important is the Militia to our Constitutional principles, its role parallels the Preamble to the Constitution itself:

The first purpose of the Militia is to "execute the Laws of the Union", which is to "establish Justice".

21A. Per the "Preamble," what does it mean to "establish Justice"? PB

21B. Per Clause 15, what does it mean to "execute the Laws of the Union"? EV, (CF)

30.

Page 32: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

The second purpose of the Militia is to "suppress Insurrections," which is to "insure domestic tranquility".

21C. Per the "Preamble," what does it mean to "insure domestic tranquility"? DG

21D. Per Clause 15, what does it mean to "suppress Insurrections"? (SM), (CF), DG

And the third purpose of the Militia is to "repel Invasions," which serves to "provide for the common defense."

21E. Per the "Preamble," what does it mean to "provide for the common defense"? WR, DG

21F. Per Clause 15, what does it mean to "repel Invasions"? SR

21G. If people are coming into the U.S. illegally, is this an "invasion" that the Militia should "repel"? PB, (CF)

Thus, the Founding Fathers saw that the Militia would provide the primary forces to serve the Preamble's purposes and for that reason specifically empowered Congress to call them forth. The perfect juxtaposition of purposes, powers and principles have no other plausible explanation.

21H. How does the Militia's role parallel the Constitution's Preamble and serve as the perfect juxtaposition of purposes, powers and principles? EV, CB

22. MILITIA MAY ENFORCE CONSTITUTION

31.

Page 33: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

NARRATOR 22Perhaps most notable however is that -- because the Militia may be called forth to execute the Laws of the Union -- and because the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Union: the Militia may be called forth to execute the Constitution itself. In NORMAL situations this would occur pursuant to directives from Congress or the President, but the Constitution also protects Americans in ABNORMAL situations.

22A. If one of the mandates of the Militia under Article I, Section 8 is to "enforce the Laws of the Land," can the Militia be called forth to enforce the Constitution, the Supreme law of the land? EV, SR

Usurpation and tyranny by individuals in high office are bound to be abnormal situations and constitute the most serious possible violations of the Constitution. Since these threaten to overthrow the rule of law from the top down, the Constitution must fully empower the State Militia to suppress such rogue individuals -- and, in the extreme -- even justify the Militia "calling themselves forth," as they did at Lexington and Concord in 1775. SALVS POPVLI SVPREMA LEX.

22B. What does it mean to take an Oath of Office? SR, DG, CB

22C. Why is it particularly important for individuals in high office to follow the U.S. Constitution? DG, RP, JR

22D. Why is usurpation and tyranny by individuals in high office the most serious of violations of the oath of office? EV, EG, LP

Although extreme in nature, this scenario is not impossible.

32.

Page 34: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

And its very possibility proves that the Militia MUST constitute a governmental institution potentially independent of, and superior to, all others when the highest of those others are corrupted, co-opted or taken over by usurpers, rogues or tyrants.

22E. Why must the Militia be potentially independent of, and superior to, all governmental agencies when the highest of those are corrupt, co-opted or have been taken over by usurpers, tyrants or rogue politicians? WR, EV, (SM)

22F. How does the Battle of Athens speak to the need for a well-armed and trained militia? EV, PB, DG

23. TRUE HOMELAND SECURITY

NARRATOR 23It is important to realize that TRUE "homeland security" -- the purposes for which the Constitution says the Militia may be "called forth" -- does NOT mean the security of mere individuals who happen to temporarily hold public office. AND it does NOT mean the security of the WEALTHY, well-connected or unscrupulous special-interest groups that feather their nests at the expense of common citizens while rigging elections, prostituting public office, looting the national treasury and dispatching America's youth to undeclared wars in order to line their pockets with military contracts.

23A. Is the militia there to serve the security of individuals in public office, the wealthy or the well-connected? RP, WR

33.

Page 35: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

"Homeland security" means the security of "a Republican Form of Government" and "a free State" -- "a free State" composed of WE THE PEOPLE, administered for the benefit of WE THE PEOPLE and guaranteed by WE THE PEOPLE with their own arms in their own hands.

23B. What is Constitutional home land security? EV, SR

So, to be Constitutionally legitimate, any program of "homeland security" MUST be fashioned around "the Militia of the several States" -- NOT the Armed Forces or national intelligence agencies. And especially NOT some cabinet-level department in Washington DC constructed like the Ministry of Interior of an East-European Stalinist regime of the 1950's.

23C. How does the Department of Homeland Security resemble the Ministry of Interior of an East-European Stalinist regime of the 1950's? AJ, EG

In the wake of 9-11 neither Congress, the President nor any elected official even CONSIDERED a Constitutional solution to the problem of "homeland security" as Americans routinely did for some 300 years prior.

23D. Why did none of our elected officials even consider a Constitutional solution to homeland security after 9-11? AJ, EG, EV

It's as if the power elite in Washington DC has forgotten that the Constitution even exists.

23E. Has the power elite in Washington DC forgotten that the Constitution exists? If so, what can we expect to happen? JR, RP, CB

23F. If the elite in Washington DC has forgotten that the Constitution exists, does this situation represent the kind of danger the Constitution empowers the Militia to address? EV, (SM), AJ, (CF)

34.

Page 36: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

24. VIGILANTES ARE NOT THE MILITIA

NARRATOR 24It is important to remember, the Militia are, and always has been, governmental organizations -- NOT private organizations of gun owners or vigilantes.

The Militia recognized by the Constitution are always subject to governmental approval, supervision, and command. Thus, no matter how patriotically-motivated, mere groups of men equipped with firearms do NOT comprise a Constitutional Militia. Unless such are acting under governmental auspices and assuming governmental authority -- because of the dire situation confronting WE THE PEOPLE -- they are but vigilantes, NOT Militia of the several states.

24A. Are patriotically-motivated groups of men equipped with firearms part of a Constitutional Militia? EV, RP, PB, (SM)

Typically, all able-bodied men and women from 16 to 55 years of age are subject to enrollment in the Militia of their respective States. Unless he or she is a conscientious objector, each is required to possess one or more firearms along with a supply of ammunition and accoutrements.

24B. Who is subject to enrollment in the Militia? EV, SR

Thus, if this is what the Supreme Law of the Land requires, how can a GUN-CONTROL LOBBY -- of either public officials or private citizens -- be legally pushing to DISARM American citizens?

35.

Page 37: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

Given what the Second Amendment stands for, and given the clear contradictions in the goals of the GUN-CONTROL LOBBY, how is the promotion of contemporary GUN CONTROL laws not a subversive, even criminal, activity -- and the people who promote them not participants in an unconstitutional enterprise?

24C. Is the Gun Control Lobby a criminal activity given that it is attempting to subvert an enterprise established and governed by the Constitution? AJ, WR, EV

25. WHAT IS A FREE STATE?

NARRATOR 25The absolute nature of "the right of the people to keep and bear arms" is precisely what one would expect from the Second Amendment's precept that "a well regulated Militia" is "necessary to the security of a free State". Therefore, "a free State" is one in which everyone possesses his own firearms, knows why he is armed, opposes every attempt to disarm him, and, with his arms and training, fulfills his duties to provide "security" in just proportion with everyone else.

25A. What do we mean by a free state? RP, AJ, JR

25B. Why is a well regulate Militia necessary to the security of a free state? What else is necessary per the Constitution? EV, (SM), RP

In "a FREE State" "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms" is absolute. Anything less could never provide adequate security. It would always enable a police state to develop. The police would always end up "out-gunning" the common citizens.

36.

Page 38: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

But again, this is the obvious goal of the GUN CONTROLLERS -- another Stalin's Russia, Nazi Germany or Mao's China where the citizens are out-gunned.

25C. Are the police supposed to be able to out-gun common citizens? (SM), EV, AJ, (CF)

The YouTube film entitled, INNOCENTS BETRAYED -- produced by "Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership" -- documents the hopelessness of populations that have been disarmed or out-gunned by their governments throughout history.

25D. Is there any group within the United States that should not be concerned with the preservation of firearms ownership and the Second Amendment? EG, JR, LP

26. PRIVATE POSSESSION IS NECESSARY

NARRATOR 26Thus, unfettered private possession of arms is absolutely necessary for the security of a free State.

ONLY private possession of state-of-the art arms can maximize both readiness and deterrence -- particularly against usurpers and tyrants in office, who historically have proven to be MOST dangerous to every "free State."

26A. Are citizens supposed to have state-of-the-art arms? EV, DG, (SM),

26B. Why does the private possession of arms maximize readiness and deterrence against usurpers, tyrants and rogue politicians? DG, (SM), JR, AJ, (CF)

The RIGHT of the people to "keep and bear arms" thus encompasses the FREEDOM to carry arms, whether open or concealed.

37.

Page 39: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

It also encompasses the NECESSITY to assemble with such arms in constant readiness for Militia purposes. This means schools, college campuses, movie theaters, airports and, yes, even jets, MAY NOT, and CAN NOT be so-called, gun-free zones.

26C. Are there any locations and situations in which the Constitution forbids, or allows public officials to forbid, private citizens from carrying arms? What about assemblies, schools, colleges, movie theaters, airports and on jets? EV, SR, AJ, WR

The Militia must operate through individuals with arms in their hands at all times and all places. The awareness on the part of potential criminals, terrorists, usurpers and tyrants that untold numbers of citizens are, or could be, carrying firearms in public and private places deters anti-social behavior at the microcosmic level AND the macrocosmic level.

26D. How would untold numbers of citizens carrying concealed firearms in public and private places deter anti-social behavior? WR, EG, (SM)

27. GUN-CONTROL LOBBY AT ODDS WITH A FREE STATE

NARRATOR 27Had the GUN-CONTROL LOBBY in Colorado not disarmed their citizens in "gun-free zones" the twin massacres at Columbine High School and the midnight movie screening of BAT MAN would have been unlikely. Had the GUN CONTROL LOBBY in Nazi Germany not disarmed ITS citizens the Holocaust would have also been unlikely.

27A. Had citizens in the BAT MAN movie theater and teachers in Columbine High School NOT been disarmed by the Gun Control Lobby, how would things have been different? WR, PB, DG

38.

Page 40: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

27B. What are better odds: taking the chance that armed citizens might hurt or kill each other in gun battles like the OK Corral or being completely defenseless in the event a criminal with a gun threatens unarmed citizens? WR, RP, LP

A well-regulated Militia, is NECESSARY to the security of a free State. In its absence such a State CANNOT survive. And this is exactly what the GUN CONTROL LOBBY wants: the termination of the FREE state.

27C. Why does the Gun Control Lobby want to terminate the free state? EG, DG, CB

To this end they are active and strategically located, not only among the intelligentsia, major media and educational establishment, but most ominously, in the "law-profession culture".

27D. Where does the Gun Control Lobby operate, what have they infiltrated and where do they get their financing? LP, AJ, SR

BUT, the propagandistic and political power these people wield is not overwhelming. Just as they have been defeated in the past, the partisans of radical "gun control" can be defeated in the future.

27E. How can the Gun Control Lobby be defeated? EV, PB, (CF)

27F. Can the Globalists be defeated, or has the "moment of globalization" passed? PB, EG, AJ

27G. More and more psychiatric disorders are being defined at the nation's govern-run public schools. Could this be a long-term strategy of the gun-control lobby to later deny the right to "keep and bear" to kids diagnosed with such disorders? AJ, DG

28. MILITIA POWERS GUARANTEE A NOBLE PURE COUNTRY

39.

Page 41: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

NARRATOR 28The "Militia Powers" found in three Articles of the Constitution are "sharp swords" for promoting "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms," because these powers are proactive.

28A. Why are the Militia Powers "sharp swords" for promoting "the right of the people to keep and bear arms"? EV, LP

Advocates of "the right to keep and bear Arms" can propose legislation to advance that right, thereby seizing the initiative from the GUN-CONTROL LOBBY.

And the Militia Powers authorize the passage of such legislation provided it's reasonably consistent with the legal heritage of "the Militia of the several States."

These Powers also enable the State governments to fulfill, not only a general Constitutional duty to protect society, but an ability to address the immediate needs of "homeland security".

28B. How can the Militia address the immediate needs of "homeland security"? EV, (SM), DG, (CF)

Lastly, the Militia Powers combine patriotism and public service with concern for individual security. This combination of purposes is a great way people can be encouraged to become supporters of "the right to keep and bear Arms".

28C. If 16,000 people are killed in gun accidents or in criminal acts every year, how does this compare to other countries with heavy gun regulation? WR, RP, LP

28D. Modern-day Switzerland has had a militia for hundreds of years, and even the SPLC does not dare to dismiss this as the haunt of "extremists". What is the situation in Switzerland and why does the "banking capital of the world" see fit to have a militia? PB, EG, JR

40.

Page 42: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

Ultimately, effective exercise of the Militia Powers can provide the "skills" Americans need to not only provide homeland security against terrorism, but advance "the right to keep and bear arms".

29. THOMAS PAINE & THE FOUNDERS' VISION

NARRATOR 29In 1776, Thomas Paine observed a unique opportunity facing his fellow colonists. They were not only living on a VAST new continent replete with seemingly ENDLESS resources, but a continent that had NO entrenched government. By declaring independence from the OLD WORLD, the colonists could start over. They could create a brand new country with a brand new TYPE of government, one that had NEVER existed before.

29A. Why is Thomas Paine significant to American history and what did he mean that we have a chance to "begin the world again"? RP, EG, CB

Not only did Thomas Paine see this opportunity -- to "begin the world again" -- so did other political geniuses. And these SAGES converged on 18th Century Philadelphia to draft what became the two most important political documents ever written: The Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution.

29B. Why do many consider the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution the two most important political documents ever written? EG, WR

The Constitution was the blueprint for a REAL new world order -- not the cheap imitation GLOBALISTS and their GUN CONTROLLERS are trying to foist upon populations today.

41.

Page 43: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

29C. Why was the formation of the United States of America a REAL New World Order? AJ, PB, CB

The Founders' NEW WORLD ORDER was based on 4,000 years of experience with previous governments -- from Ancient Egypt and the Roman Empire, to the British Crown. What did these governments do right? What did they do WRONG? ALL of this thought was hammered into the U.S. Constitution.

236 years later, this "noble Constitution" has guided 13 sparsely-populated colonies to a FREE nation of over 300 million -- what Thomas Paine would surely characterized as "the noblest, purest NATION on the face of the Earth."

29D. What history informed the construction of the U.S. Constitution and the Militia Powers therein? DG, JR, EV

Sure, this nation has problems, but nothing that can't be solved by a proper application of the Constitution: all of it. Because as a SELF-governing Republic, WE THE PEOPLE have inherited something unique -- "if we can keep it".

29E. When Ben Franklin said "A Republic if you can keep it" and what was the significance of what he said and how does the Second Amendment help us "keep it"? JR, RP, LP

29F. If the U.S. is like an aging athlete pining over his glory days knowing not what to do next, give us a vision of what the U.S. could do next. PB

30. THE MOST HOPEFUL SIGNS WE WILL "KEEP IT"

NARRATOR 30The most hopeful sign that we WILL be able to keep it is the probability that 80 million gun owners in America understand the principles behind the Second Amendment.

42.

Page 44: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

30A. What do 80 million gun owners of America understand that others don't seem to get? LP, EV, (SM)

Obvious to them is the concept that gun ownership is not ONLY about self-defense, hunting and target-shooting: it's about KEEPING our freedoms and way of life. But if the GUN-CONTROL LOBBY continues its reckless disregard of the Second Amendment, our freedoms and way of life may NOT continue.

30B. Is gun ownership about self-defense, hunting and target shooting, or is there more to it than that? WR, PR, LP, (CF)

This subject -- known as the "Power of the Sword" -- is not complex. Even if MOLON LABE is your first exposure, there is no reason you cannot quickly master the key points and pass them on.

30C. What do we mean by the "power of the sword" and the "power of the purse" and why are these the two most important powers for WE THE PEOPLE to retain? RP, EV, EG

30D. What should WE THE PEOPLE do about the usurpers, tyrants and rogue politicians working against the U.S. Constitution and the Second Amendment? AJ, EG, EV, PB

NARRATOR 30ASo what are we going to do about the usurpers and rogue politicians working against the U.S. Constitution? What are we going to do about the Globalists seeking a return to the old world order, an order saturated with war and chaos, oligarchy and totalitarianism? The Founders pulled America out of this quicksand two centuries ago, and their vision of liberty remains the world's only hope to this very day.

But liberty is a tide that ebbs and flows, an evasive luxury that only remains abundant when certain principles are applied.

43.

Page 45: presents MOLON LABE · MOLON LABE How the Second Amendment Guarantees America's Freedom ... G. EDWARD GRIFFIN ALEX JONES CHUCK BALDWIN DAVID R. GILLIE LARRY PRATT WALTER REDDY STEWART

And one of those principles -- the necessity of a well-regulated Militia -- is found in the Second Amendment, the Amendment that guarantees America's freedom?
