OUR PATENTED LOAD CELL TECHNOLOGY Loadcell
Used in pressure pipes the sensor uses the principle of hydrodynamic thrust; a solid immersed in a liquid in motion receives a thrust (force) proportional to the square of the fluid velocity, the wet surface, and dependent on the shape of that surface.
Varying the size of the probe immersed in water it is possible to adapt the operating range and the accuracy of the meter.
The physical principle used allows to obtain measurements comparable with those obtained by ultrasonic meters.
The Flowmeter is bi-directional, that is, what we said before is valid in both directions of the flow existing in the pipe.
