It is the result of the initial meetings with the customer in order toknow/find their needs to define the general Idea of the Project. It isnormally drawn in sketches, the list of requirements, or reference toan already built similar project.
It is common at this stage that the land where the project is going tobe erected is already selected. In that case, the characteristics of theland shall be taken in consideration, however, it could be the casewhere the site selection is one of the requirements resulted in thisConceptual Design.

• Definition.• This is the complete and final detail engineering for the
project, includes the Building Construction (structural,foundations, materials used, peripheral, electrical, gas,communications, etc.) and all the exteriors, Serviceinstallations and the Infrastructure if required.
• Information for Permits.• Its content must meet the requirements to obtain government
permission and other administrative authorizations requiredfor the beginning of the work.
• Permits and approval procedures.• In order to get the Construction permit, it is necessary first to
get the approval from different Government entities.
