REVIEW VETTED RESOURCES
Blended Learning requires digital tools.
Many of the videos & resources reference 1:1. The first reaction to this is “I do not have 1:1 so I can’t do
blended learning”.
Don’t be intimidated by the scenarios filled with 1:1
It is not necessary to have a 1:1 to accomplish Blended Learning.
CCS has the digital tools now we need the devices.
CCS is operating with the same budget since 2002.
Labs and Laptop carts will work.

Blended Learning is a formal education program in which a student learns at least in part through online learning, with some element of student control over
time, place, path, and/or pace:
At least in part in a supervised brick-and-mortar location away from home;
And the modalities along each student’s learning path within a course or subject are connected to provide an

Determine what ideas they will share and how they will share in your home groups
Return to the home groups and share what has been learned in the expert groups
MODELS OF BLENDED LEARNING
You can visualize blended learning in hundreds of ways as you experiment and figure out what works best.
The school and teacher can use multiple models and combine them in diff erent ways to create a custom program.
There is no right or wrong way!!
Blended Learning is messy! And that is OK!
