SPAUnfortunately we don’t have natural spas but we have technical spa in luxury hotels all over Cyprus. The Cypriot people don’t go to spas because the prices are very high(100-300€) in relation to the low salary of an average Cypriot family.(2000-3000€)

SWIMMINGSwimming is a sport that many people in Cyprus do it as a hobby . Not many people choose it as a professional career.But we have a golden metal winning swimmer named Carolina Pelendridou in Paralympic GAMES of 2010
SCUBA DIVINGAs an island we have a lot of places for diving . The most famous place is the Zenovia ship wreck in Makenzy beach
WIND SURFINGIn Cyprus we have a lot of beaches that are suitable for wind surfing and the climate is perfect for it . Also the last summer we hosted the world wide championship.
FISHING In Cyprus fishing is the most famous water sport for all ages . A lot of people go to beaches and dams. The most famous fish in Cyprus is Tsipoura.
SAILINGUntil last year this sport wasn’t famous but when Pavlos Kontidis won the silver metal in the Olympic Games, it became well known.
KANOE-KAYAKThis sport is widespread among young people but only for hobby and exercise . Its customary to be in dams and sea
