Cordless/wireless keyboard it is the latest addition to the family of keyboard the usage of cordless keyboard has a lot of advantages. You can place the keyboard according to your convenience and com. It is based upon infrared technology. Cordless key run on batteries.

Bluetooth keyboard it is the bluetooth technology.Bluetooth is a short-range wireless technology. It Eliminates the use of cable. The main advantage of bluetooth keyboard over the wireless is that wirless keyboard ranges up to 6 feet where as bluetooth keyboard range up to 30 feet.

Mouse Douglas engeelbart invented the compute mouse in 1983 it is a device that enables computer user to move the cursor or pointer to as specific ponit on the screen. It is called the mouse because the appearance and movment are very similar to that of the mouse.

Ps/2 mouse

The PS/2 connector is a 6-pin Mini-DIN connector used for connecting some keyboards and mice to a PC compatible computer system. Its name comes from the IBM Personal System/2 series of personal computers, with which it was introduced in 1987. The PS/2 mouse connector generally replaced the older DE-9 RS-232 "serial mouse" connector, while the PS/2 keyboard connector replaced the larger 5-pin/180° DIN connector used in the IBM PC/AT design. The PS/2 designs on keyboard and mouse

interfaces are electrically similar and employ the same communication protocol. However, a given system's keyboard and mouse port may not be interchangeable since the two devices use a different set of commands.

The trackball a related pointing device, was invented in 1946 by Ralph Benjamin as part of a post-World War II-era radar plotting system called Comprehensive Display System (CDS). Benjamin was then working for the British Royal Navy Scientific Service. Benjamin's project used analog computers to calculate the future position of target aircraft based on several initial input points provided by a user with a joystick. Benjamin felt that a more elegant input device was needed and invented a ball tracker called roller ball for this purpose.
