Sometimes you need an attorney for a good reason.Maybe your business has taken

Why did you choose this particular area of practice and when did you know this was what you wanted to do? Go fi gure … my favorite class in law school was civil procedure.
What are some of the things in this area of the law that have captured your attention? Litigation is great because it is always chang-ing. It might generally arise from a breach of contract, but the fundamentals are always different – boxing matches, gold mines, hospital administration, hotels, employment disputes, airplanes – always something new and interesting.
Briefl y, what has been the most interesting case you’ve been involved with? I’m with Stephen Stills on that question – “love the one you’re with.”
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given? Take a day off. Actually, that is rarely heard of in litigation practice, and maybe I’m just imagining someone said it.
What is the most rewarding part of your job as an attorney? Winning, preferably sooner than later.
What colleges have you attended and where did you earn your law degree? Undergraduate, graduate and law school: UCLA
