Today EVLASER is one of the most important Italian companies in the market of industrial laser systems, it was acquired by the property of the Radici Group in 2017 and is involved to growing and exploring new applications and new markets to develop excellent products for its customers.

The company was founded in 1978 in Bergamo, Italy, and from there begins our history of over 40 years. The collaboration with the University of Milan and the main scientists of the Italian laser scene of those years, made EVLASER one of the first companies to launch laser marking, welding and cutting systems on the Italian and international market.Over the past 40 years, the company has followed a path that turned it from a small laboratory into a high-tech factory with a portfolio of customers in the most important sectors.

HEXAGON

Designed to work with long running time, HEXAGON handles an integrated pallet warehouse that makes itself

sufficient for many working hours. The artificial vision system supports the loading function of the trays, identifying,

aligning and rotating the job on the pieces.

Robot integration capabilities within HEXAGON allows you to overcome the limits of traditional laser systems.

TITAN

Due to its technical characteristics, TITAN represents a powerful, versatile and configurable system with automations and

robots, designed to meet every kind of marking and engraving needs.

TITAN is also available in the ROTOMAX version with rotary table for high productivity applications.

ICON QUANTUM

ICON Quantum represents the ultra compact platform oriented to micromachining. With a loading area of 500x500

mm and up to 200x200x300 mm (X, Y, Z) of axis travels, ICON Quantum is suitable for small batches productions of

small parts that do not require bulky jigs. The system is provided with nanosecond sources (UV DPSS or Green DPSS),

capable of dealing with the most complex applications, achieving optimal results in the micron scale.

TITAN QUANTUM

TITAN Quantum represents the widest and most flexible platform oriented to microprocessing that can be tackled by

galvo head lasers. With a loading area of 1000x600 mm and an axis system with travel up to 500x500x400 mm (X, Y, Z),

TITAN Quantum allows you to house additional fixing devices and custom automations supporting the process. The

system could be provided with femtosecond, picosecond and nanosecond (UV DPSS, Green DPSS) sources capable of

facing the most complex applications, getting excellent results in the micron scale.



TITAN QUANTUM CUT

TITAN QUANTUM CUT is the widest and most flexible platform dedicated to precision micro cutting. With a loading area

of 1000x600 mm and a positioning system allowing up to 500x500x400 mm (X, Y, Z) travels, TITAN QUANTUM CUT allows you

to host additional equipment and custom process support automations. The system could be supplied with Femtosecond,

Picosecond and Nanosecond (UV DPSS, Green DPSS) sources capable of addressing the most demanding processes, achieving

optimal results in the micron scale.

Reliable and flexible, TITAN QUANTUM CUT is the high precision cutting system proposed by EVLASER.
