• All operating revenues and expenses accrue to the Venues• Requested Fee Structure

• Base Fee of $9500 per month ($114,000 annually), increasing annually with CPI

• Food/Beverage Commission equal to 5% of gross F/B sales monthly• Sales commission equal to 5% of COI sales secured by VenuWorks• Total annual commissions not to exceed base fee

• Disincentive – Commission Fees at Risk• VenuWorks‘ commissions will be subject to the Venues achieving the

annual budgetary goals mutually established by City and VW for eachyear.

• VenuWorks will refund to the City its F/B and sales commissions to offset any financial shortfalls, up to 100% of the commissions earned in that year.
