OBJECTIVES:

To be able to count the numbers using pictures.

To be able to write the correct number using pictures.To participate actively in the discussion and group works.

SUBJECT MATTER:

Counting and writing numbers through pictures.

PROCEDURE:

a. MotivationThe teacher will ask the pupils to bring out some things inside their bags.And then the teacher will ask the pupils to come in front those who has a sharpener..they will fall in line and then the teacher will lead the pupils to count the pupils who has a sharpener and then she will write the number in the blackboard…etc…

b. Review:

The teacher will show some flash card of numbers. And the pupils will tell what number is that.

The teacher will also call some pupils to answer what number is being flashed.

c. Lesson Proper

The teacher will show some pictures infront of the class.

The teacher will ask:

Ok children, what can u see in the picture?

Ok very good!This are an apples…Now can you count how many apples do we have in the pictures?

OK let us count..1,2,3,4..

Again, how many apples are there in the pictures? Ok there are 4 apples….Who can write the number 4 in the blackboard?(The teacher will call 1 pupils to go to the blackboard)..After that the teacher will show another pictures….And so on..

Exercises:

1. Group Activity

The teacher will group the class into 5 groups and then she will give them some manila paper with picturesAfter answering each group will report in front of their activity.

Evaluation:

Count the pictures given and then write the correct number on the blank.1.
