  • CURRENT IT CHALLENGES !!

UA Grading questions on QiT are prepopulated with the answer YES

System does not allow for a not applicable option,

QiT system error with scoring - confirms a UA Grading status even if only a few questions are completed.

  • Assessors have to complete a long list of assessment questions when it is obvious the property cannot meet the requirements.

Some assessors submitting results of full UA compliance without a proper assessment

The criteria questions are not clear and up to date with industry trends extremely high standard.

Property owners dont want to be UA Graded perception of cost factor to them

    CURRENT ASSESSOR CHALLENGES !!

  • THE WAY FORWARD

QiT System full re-testing of all possible scenarios and double testing end Sept 2012.

3-year Review of the Grading Criteria key UA stakeholders under guidance of Ms Amor Malan a member of the Awards Committee 1 April 2013

Development of a UA Technical Guide to assist both establishments and assessors understand the requirements of UA Grading better on standby until 3-year Review.
