To be effective, your outcomes must be:

audience’s challenges

• Optimal Performance Identity (OPI) (by Mind).Ex: I am a significant presenter I am giving audience the required concentration, and I can deliver information for them directly and clearly.• Optimal Performance Identity (OPI) (by emotion)Ex: I concern of audience and I make FUN, I commitment and comfortable, I am exited and strong.

You can motivate basic emotions of OPI by the 3 basic motivating emotions:

• Standing; strong and a little bit forward sloping
• Breaths; comfort breathing to control your emotions
• Stress/comfort; mixed, they generate each other.
