When you are nervous, you body adjusts by changing your blood pressure and increasing your

adrenaline level. You turn red, shake or perspire……..

To compensate, try some physical actions to relax – take a deep breath.

Make sure you know the room, audience and materials. Avoid using unfamiliar equipment especially if it

needs precision motions.

Visualize yourself giving the presentation, memorize your

introduction and practice, practice, practice!
