Hypothesis

Changes in the family roles and duties of women

brought about by increasing involvement in the

world outside of the home (i.e., employment

external to the family), has led to less time spent

on family matters such as nutrition.

This thesis presents the hypothesis that by

applying methods and technologies now familiar

through their workplace, to the time management

of family life, nutritional and other health-related

concerns may be more effectively addressed.

What is it?

A time management system is a designed combination

of processes, tools, techniques, and methods.

Usually time management is a necessity in any project

development as it determines the project completion

time and scope.

With time management you become more efficient.
