ABOUT… These are the bags which are able for the

frequent action of the filtration process.

These are shaped as round disk and mounted in the piping system with levels.

When unfiltered liquid is allow in the filter then it will goes in it with the positive pressure in the down word direction and start filtration process.




ITS MAKING… The sparkler filter pads are attached in the vertical

piping system.

The pressurized fluid is fed from the top by the pump.

The sparkler filter pads are made with polyester, polypropylene, cotton and cellulose.

The upcoming fluid is coming at the top and get filtered by various stages.

TECHNICAL ASPECTS… These filter pads are made by using the chemical

engineering.

These are widely applicable in bio-filtration process.

These are having the diameter of 3mm to 36mm.

The thickness of these filter pads is between in .5mm to 4.5mm.
