    Plant area cover 160 acres.

    Modern Extrusion Press.

    Baking Furnaces from Riedhammer, Germany Use of Impregnation System .

    Graphitization through LWG furnaces .

    CNC machines for machining of Graphite electrodes .

    The installed capacity of the plant was 60,000 MT with an

    annual turnover of about Rs. 600 crores.

    MPSEB as a major source of power.

    Annual consumption around 200 MW.

    power revenues stood at Rs. 100.79 crore as comparedto Rs. 112.76 crore in the previous year.

    Water-

    Water is recycled and is utilized .

    DCM recycle plant. Environmental initiatives-

    It is considered one of the cleanest graphite electrodeplants in the world. The Company emphasizes on recycling.
