The attitude of an employee toward his or her job is negative, there exists

“EMPLOYEE DISSATISFACTION”

INTRODUCTION

• No appreciation for the existing employees

• There are limited opportunities for growth in organization

• Employees are overburdened

• There is no moral / social support for the employees

• Low salary packages are offered

in Private Company

• Lack of delegation

HYPOTHESIS

• To understand the reason of the de-motivation factors in the Private and Local company

• To know that why employees are not satisfied in Private organization

• Want to increase, the

commitment of employees

to the organization

• To control the turnover, absenteeism and improve the performance levels of the employees

METHODLOGY

We made some questionnaires and these questionnaireswere filled by the private company employees.

There are some options in the questionnaires:

• “Yes” means positive response of the respondent to

the given question

• “No” means negative response of the respondent to

the given question

• “To some extant” means that respondent is

agree somehow or some degree

of the given question

• In 2012 a survey was conducted by Right Management gave result that 68% employees are dissatisfied from their jobs.

• In another survey about 28% to 56% of workers around the globe wanted to leave their jobs.

In a 2012 survey

• The employees of private companies are dissatisfied due to strict environment ,less motivation ,lack of delegation and low salary packages. That’s why the employees of private companies don’t want to work for a long time and wanted to leave their job as soon as they find an another suitable job.

• Company should offer a good salary packages.

• Organize training and development programs.

• Work load should given according to the person’s ability.

• Authorities should be given according to the post of the employees.

• Appreciate and reward them for

performance.

• Give them moral and social support.
