Background

Congress developed a plan known as the Texas Long Range Plan in Technology, 2006-2020. The vision of the TLR Plan is simply one goal, to provide a world-class education to our learners.The measurement tool is what is known as the Star Chart

Texas Star Chart & Scoring

Designed to help determine progress towards meeting goals of the Texas Long Range Plan with a score:

Early Tech (6-8 pts)

Developing Tech (9-14 pts)

Advanced Tech (15-20 pts)

Target Tech (21-24 pts)
